Michael Savage

A Clinton-appointed judge in California is siding with the Council on Islamic-American Relations in a lawsuit by radio talk-show host Michael Savage.

Judge Susan Illston has issued a terse one-page ruling in the case in which she "granted" a defense motion for judgment on the pleadings with "leave to amend." Although it was released only today, it was dated Friday, apparently finalized shortly after she held a hearing on the issues at hand. It was posted on Michael Savage's website, under the headline "Clinton judge (Illston) sides with CAIR against Savage."

Savage promised immediately he would take the case to the next level, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which he described as "an even more liberal court – if you can believe it – the most frequently overturned court in the United States of America."

"What I may try to do is have the case removed from California because I cannot get a fair trial," Savage said on tonight's program. "I may remove it to Alabama, for example, where maybe I could get a fair trial – maybe where there's still America. It certainly doesn't exist here in California."

The San Francisco-based talker originally accused the organization of copyright violations, but later amended the action to include allegations the group "has consistently sought to silence opponents of violent terror through

he has leave to ammend his complaint. This is routine he just needs to amend it. What was the specific reason for the judgment on the pleadings?

This story gives no legal detains just knee jerk emotions.

That would perhaps get attention. But the appeasers would be even louder in their call to bow down.

Savage might be able to get a change of venue due to his notariety in California. The Nutty Ninth has a few (too few) sane judges on it, but since its decisions have been reversed so many times by the Supreme Court, Savage could appeal to the SC and have a better chance of winning.

This is an extremely important fight against CAIR, and if done properly, it can expose CAIR for what they are (a coverup mechanism for Islamofascism). The conviction of so many of their leaders for terrorism/support related crimes is a good start in exploring who and what they are and do and how they are financed.

This is what CAIR fears, exposure.

You may not like Savage, but this is one case we need to win at all costs.

The Communist Party and SWP used to wipe up the US in internal security cases because they had the best of the communist/sympathizers legal minds for each case (Kunstler, Kinoy, Gary, Weinglass, Rabinowitz, Boudin, Standard, Emerson). Most US attorneys on internal security cases were not an even match for the most part, because they failed to recognize that this was an ideological battle being fought out in court, not a legal battle of legal issues per se.

Also, the reds were better trained for this type of legal warfare.

Another factor is that the US could not often present solid evidence for fear of exposing human or electronic intelligence operations. The same applies today.

Savage must “savage” CAIR, and even if he can only achieve a Pyrrhic victory, maybe he can start the bleeding that will bleed CAIR to death.

CAIR must be exposed and defeated because they are a Fifth Column in America, and they are anti-American under the guise of protecting the image and/or rights of Moslems, Arabs, Arab-Americans, etc. Gee, sounds just like the arguments the KKK used to attack blacks, liberals and other groups.

Re: 999,999 is six digits

Of course you may be right... but what if Bob Heinlein is right in his novel The Number of the Beast where the Biblical number of the beast turns out to be, not 666, but (66)6, or 10,314,424,798,490,535,546,171,949,056?

I strangely find Savage’s anger quite cathartic. I’m a person who rarely if ever angers, as well. I just see it as generally a waste of time and by the least productive emotion. So I just don’t allow myself to be enraveled in it.

That said, Savage is just so right so often and so passionate about it that I can’t help but like the guy. He is one of the straight shooters who actually does say exactly what’s on his mind—not just some guy with a deep voice and a penchant for saying mildly controversial things.

I wish him luck in all of this. You can’t deny he’s been consistent, though I can see how the anger thing would turn people off.

... Savage just shot his mouth off once again ...

I have to take Michael in less than 3 hour doses, but he does have the intestinal fortitude to say on radio what lots of other people won't.

A friend, long retired from an unnamed Super-Secret Squirrel division of the Federal government, has said that it’ll take between a 5- and 6-digit kill in the USA to get our attention. I’m beginning to think he has a point.

= = =

Yup.

And the globalists have scripted such . . . can’t guess the schedule but it’s got to be in the pipeline.

Savage even tries to sound angry when he records commercials for his sponsors, and it comes across as phony.

He’s fairly entertaining to listen to, but I have my doubts about his authenticity.

Trouble is,

my reading of the globalist tea leaves is that they are determined to launch WWIII with the next festivities . . . probably after the Beijing Olympics.

Though some have speculated on the Mid-East getting going March, or May or . . . June . . . or ???

And it falteringly ramping up from there or suddenly ramping up from there.

God have mercy on us all.

He is consistent but after awhile yelling all the time makes it hard to determine what really upsets him. It is the kid crying “wolf” syndrome where people stop taking him seriously. I, too, rarely get angry and heaven help those in my way when I do lose my cool (which is about once a decade, if that). He is surely a straight talker and I admire that in these PC times. That’s why I wish him luck but you can’t yell yourself into a court victory and I hope he knows that.

I don’t like CAIR at all, but I think Savage just shot his mouth off once again and now he’s reaping what he’s angrily sown

Well this is the supposed offending SAVAGE tirade.....

"I'm not gonna put my wife in a hijab. And I'm not gonna put my daughter in a burqa. And I'm not gettin on my all-fours and braying to Mecca. And you could drop dead if you don't like it. You can shove it up your pipe. I don't wanna hear anymore about Islam. I don't wanna hear one more word about Islam. Take your religion and shove it up your behind. I'm sick of you."

"What kind of religion is this? What kind of world are you living in when you let them in here with that throwback document in their hand, which is a book of hate. Don't tell me I need reeducation. They need deportation. I don't need reeducation. Deportation, not reeducation. You can take C-A-I-R and throw 'em out of my country. I'd raise the American flag and I'd get out my trumpet if you did it. Without due process. You can take your due process and shove it."

"What sane nation that worships the U.S. constitution, which is the greatest document of freedom ever written, would bring in people who worship a book that tells them the exact opposite. Make no mistake about it, the Quran is not a document of freedom. The Quran is a document of slavery and chattel. It teaches you that you are a slave."

God bless Michael Savage!

The dumbass could have filed in Texas—heck, just about anywhere CAIR remotely did its dirty work—and he files in KALIFORNIA? Some people reap what they sow. Removal is so unlikely now, the odds are laughably infinitesimal.

Well, they are PART of the 5th column in America—joining the ACLU, SPLC and other Communist groups that need to be hit with RICO (says Savage) and shut down.

You may be right, however I also think if there are a few Mall rampages or School rampages, it'll be all over. Ya never know, but I do think the muzzies know they'd better not get too feisty on American soil or there will be hell to pay.

"Savage promised immediately he would take the case to the next level, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals"

Why doesn't he just amend the complaint? Because he really doesn't have a case. This is all a publicity ploy for Savage.

The only reason most dems went along with it was out of fear.......not of the Taliban....but fear of the American people....they knew if they didnt react...they would be dragged from the capitol by mobs..

Another simple but powerful truth that deserves to be repeated.
