"I hear all the time from people in Florida and Michigan that they want their voices heard in selecting the Democratic nominee.
"I believe our nominee will need the enthusiastic support of Democrats in these states to win the general election, and so I will ask my Democratic convention delegates to support seating the delegations from Florida and Michigan. I know not all of my delegates will do so and I fully respect that decision. But I hope to be President of all 50 states and U.S. territories, and that we have all 50 states represented and counted at the Democratic convention.

"I will of course be following the no-campaigning pledge that I signed, and expect others will as well."
Just wait until Obama gets the memo that the winner of the Democrat primary for president in NH is the automatic nominee, according to a new rule just enacted by the DNC.

On MSNBC in the last half hour...
Howard Wolfson just told Andrea Mitchell on MSNBC that the Clinton campaign has been hearing from lots of Florida & Michigan democrats who want their primary votes to count. He called on the Obama and Edwards campaigns to join Hillary in asking that these delegates be seated at the convention.
It almost makes me feel sorry for Obama. There’s no beating the Clinton machine.

Obama will be declared a Reagan-loving racist homophobic sexist Nazi if he disagrees with Hillabitch's reasonable proposal.

The Clinton’s are behaving no different now than they did throughout the presidential years... only difference now is they can’t play the “partisan” BS line to blind those on the left to what they are. Whenever they acted like this in the 90s they just blamed the criticism and actions on right wingers... now no right wingers are involved at all, and they are seeing that all those criticisms of their beloved couple were absolutely warranted and correct.

I saw this coming. Party takes a hard line ... court case(s) ensue ... candidate wants and so candidate gets. The Party drew a hard line to impose their will, maybe Howard Dean. But we know he isn’t in control.
