Is this really a Hillary campaign ad? It’s 1:15 long, and doesn’t have the “I approved” message at the end.

I notice that it used the photoshopped Vanity Fair (or was it Vogue?) cover shot, and just made the airbrush dishonesty issue relevant (if this really is her ad.)
