Could a local Nevadan please explain the situation? Is it the case that Las Vegas strip workers have to commute a long way, and cannot vote where they live?

I am a local. What seems to be most confusing here is the confusion between the difference between a caucus and a primary.

Nevada is having a caucus. I think the RATs starts at 11am. Us pubbies have to get up early for Vegas...9am. You go into a room, people speak in favor of the candidates and the party platform positions they want, then a vote is taken. The whole thing is supposed to be wrapped up in under an hour.

Now, having worked in a hotel/casino, I can tell you that you can't leave the property on your break. Most folks get between 30 and 60 minutes for a break. Vegas has many people who commute from outlying areas, and as mentioned before: traffic is hell.

I don't know how the RAT caucus is going to work, if they have an extended time period or what. You can check it out here:

I know for a fact at the pubbie caucus you must vote where you live; in the caucus place for where you are registered. I believe it is the same for the rats WITH the exception of these pre-approved "precincts" at the strip hotels. RATS allow people to register the day of the caucus, Republicans do not, you must have registered 30 days prior. I moved between 2006 and now and forgot to change my registration and I have to caucus at the place I used to live. You can check out the pubbie's caucus site here:

Sorry, I have no clue why those links are not showing up as clickable, maybe they will after previewing. Hope this helps a little!

Oops. I meant “I love it when a Clinton loses in the courts.” I’ve got voting on the brain. I’m working on my CA ballot picks.

I never meant to cause you any lost votes,

I never meant to mess up your vote fraud...

I only wanted to see you wag that finger,

I only wanted to see you lose it in a purple rage!

Purple rage Purple rage, Purple rage Purple rage...

I only wanted to see you screaming in a purple rage!

It’s no mystery what the Clintons and Barrack stand for: things that are not good for indiviaduals or the nation as a whole, but that are attractive to Dim voters.

Now only is Bill in a purple rage, but so are the teacher’s union marxists. Oh what a wonderful day!

(Of course, if Obama actually becomes president, then we’ll really see some Marxism in this country.)

Nevada has a caucus, not a primary. Apportionment was agreed on UNANIMOUSLY by the state’s Democrat party. Then the Culinary workers’ union endorsed Omama. Then the Teachers union, which endorses Hillary! filed the suit to shut down casinos as polling places. Dirty politics, pure and simple. To top it off, anti-voter ID Hillary’s side was planning on demanding photo IDs. At least there was a bit a comic relief.

“five party activists”
What is a party activist? somebody who just happens to be for no particular candidate?

The Casinos are located in close proximity to a lot of voters. Since they are at-large caucus sites anyone can vote there, not just Casino workers. It means a lot more people in Vegas will get an opportunity to vote.

The polling place I go to here in Ohio is a church. Are you going to argue that the Church's employees have an unfair advantage in getting to vote at their place of employment?

It makes sense to set up caucus sites in places where it will make it possible for the largest number of voters to go and vote. In Vegas, that's on the strip.

I think what is most interesting about this video is we see a rare case of the media actually doing their job as it applies to a Clinton.

The news video was edited to address Bill’s comments (lies) as the interview proceeded which demonstrated the Clinton B.S. in all it’s glory.

Can you imagine how the Clintons would be looked upon if the media had done this all along? Or even just started now.
