Day Laborers Attack Americans Canoga Park 11/3/2007 (video - blood)

Bad news. As our folks were leaving, the fake indian showed for the first time in a year, gathered 12 guys with him, and said 'lets get them', and they jumped D, E, and old man N. D was hit with a rock and had his head split open. Some of our folks had already left, so there were only 4 left. Heather managed to stay in her car. I knew something was going to happen there today, but decided to put my car in the shop and blow that feeling off. Needless to say, this is one of the worst days I personally have ever had in the movement. More to come, but because of lawsuit possibilities against home depot (it happened on their lot, believe it or not) there will not be much. Dis refusing to go to the hospital, even tho everyone including me is telling him to do with the EMT's are telling him to do. Plz pray for his injury.

No but if it happened on home depots property I imagine that would be a deep pocket that any lawyer would love to get their hands in to.

...Grrrrrr...

And Gaijin, I would imagine that a lot of the details are being intentionally left out because of the obvious. Police investigations, pending lawsuits, etc.

Thanx, I was unsure if RICO covered this particular situation. From a layman’s POV, it would seem like a possibility, but legal terms are so obfuscating that only lawyers or legal experts have a chance of making heads or tails of them.

Im not a lawyer.... and I dont play one on TV. Generally RICO is used for organizations that have a consistent practice of illegal behavior across the organization. Not sure if home depot can be found to be doing that by providing a spot for day laborers... HOWEVER that being said... can it be shown from other instances that HD created an unsafe situation and did not provide the proper security when crimes are being committed from their property? Now there is an interesting question, you see that is how they bust crack houses, Slum lords. And one thing corporations, Boards of directors and STOCK HOLDERS listen to is big money law suits.

Providing a place for day laborers to hang out is not making any money for home depot, and then it costs them a few million bucks in punitive + a lot of bad press... you will see them get rid of those over night.

There are seven videos from today at Canoga Park HD.

The group filming this is:

Check them out - our citizens are reaching the boiling point.

(And, the illegals are getting more and more insulting and brazen. No respect for our country or it’s citizens whatsoever.)

This group of Americans are brave. We live in the San Fernando Valley where there are 1.75 million people. I drove down Van Nuys Blvd today just to see what has become of my city and it looks a lot like Tijuana did in the early 70’s. All of the Americans have been pushed into the foothills by the Hispanics. Most of them are very nice people but they are not in their own country. Unless you go into the foothills the shopping centers are filthy, they take pride in their graffiti. Just down the street from that Home Depot they painted graffiti on a wall in solidarity where a tagger was shot to death by another tagger. If all the illegals left here, it would look like a ghost town. Just giving you an idea of what is coming to your town.

“When foreign nationals invade your territory and attack your people, that is literally an act of war.”

No, it is not. If the foreign nationals are part of a recognized military force and they attack Americans, that’s an act of war and the response is the military’s and the militia’s.

If they come across as private persons and attack Americans, it’s a crime and a tort, and the response is the police’s.

What you said may be emotionally satisfying, but it’s not correct, and if you keep saying it, you’re not helping the issue of correcting our illegal immigration problem. Crossing our borders without permission is not an invasion, nor is it trespass (which implies the notion that the U.S. as a whole is private property; nope, California tried that in the Depression and the courts shot it down).

We do not have sufficiently strong laws to define the act of being in the U.S. without proof of legal residence as a deportable crime per se, and the Fifth Amendment guarantees the right to a trial in any crime.

I never thought I would say this — but we need more lawyers in this matter!

I watched all of the videos linked on this thread and I’m steaming mad.

At this point, I don’t believe our gov’t is ever going to do anything about the illegal alien problem and that’s a hard pill for me to swallow, especially when I think of the impact on my children.

Off subject just a little.
A kid hit my car in the rear at a WalMart in my area. I called the cops from the city and, they did an accident report. I ask the cop who was at fault, he replied the kid. I contacted his ins. co. and they refused to pay for damage, $600.00. I contacted a lawyer and, he informed me I would have to file a suit against the kids ins, and WalMart. He informed me the city had no jurisdiction on private property, WalMart parking lots are private property, pray you don’t have an accident in a business parking lot!!

I think that it is an invasion, as the government of Mexico officially endorses and encourages these private citizens to enter our country.

There comes a point when repeated individual crimes and torts such as described and evidenced here must be viewed as a threat to the security of a free state. We have a tradition in this country regarding such threats, and that tradition is of course the law of the land.

It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom - for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

When I tell you that we’re in a cold civil war, it won’t be news to you or others. The powder kegs are all over the country waiting for a spark.

Other than the widely unreported murders, rapes, kidnapping, robberies, DUI Manslaughters, etc. spilling citizens’ blood in public and in broad daylight with no interference from Law Enforcement Agencies will lead to the real thing.

The group that was attacked and other groups that learned about this incident will have to protect themselves for the next inevitable encounter. Once an illegal attacker or a gang member is shot by an ordinary citizen, voila, the spark that will start retaliation from both sides.

Unless the Federal and Local Governments start arresting and prosecuting the illegals, people will take matters in their own hands and you know the rest.

Our Federal and local LEOs are paid by our taxes and they will have to start cleaning up this country as We The People (Voters) told them repeatedly.

I just don’t understand our politicians; will they be happy with a full-fledged civil war that will certainly hold them responsible for igniting it?

The President of Mexico infamously has said, "Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico."

Sounds like the official policy of a foreign power to me.

They come across with the complicity of the Mexican government, who needs the money they send back to keep Mexico afloat. Their status is closer to privateers, or better yet to the Kurdish PKK.
