Jack Croddy, US Department of State, Coward - VANITY
LiveLeak ^
Posted on 11/01/2007 10:15:41 PM PDT by bkopto
Listen to this audio file at LiveLeak. This guy is emblematic of the US Department of State. I've lurked at FreeRepublic for years, but when I heard this, I blew a gasket and registered. I looked at the Dept of State website for his email address, but could not find it. However, his phone is: 202-647-1318.

We should send him to North Korea...
...and leave him.

Good on you, bkopto!
The era of Unamericanism must come to an end at the State Dept.
Why should we pay the salaries of those who will not work on behalf of US policies?
To: bkopto
In other words, “My daddy didn’t pull strings to get me a legacy slot at an ivy league school, and then get me this cushy Washington DC job so I could be sent to an icky place like Iraq! Who will shine my shoes? Who will make my reservations at the latest trendy Beltway restaurant? To whom will they give my Lincoln Center season tickets? This isn’t what I signed up for. No one ever said I would actually have to do work in a dangerous place!”
Sounds like those “conscientious objectors” in the armed forces who suddenly find religion when an actual conflict is going on. Drum him out of the service.

How pathetic. I truly feel for this man. It is obvious he joined the State Department for idealistic purposes totally outside those concerning the national interests of the United States.
I noticed that, in recruiting people to serve in the State Department, the department gives preferntial treatment to those who have a military background. That’s good.
Those “pie in the sky” idealists, the ones who love some culture or foreign language, don’t belong working in State. They end up working for the country they are interested in, and not for the United States.

...incoming is coming in every day, rockets are hitting in the Green Zone. So if you force assign people, that is realy shifting the terms of what we're all about. Its one thing if someone believes in what's going on over there and...and volunteers, buts its another thing to send someone over there ah on forced assignment, but I'm sorry, but basically ah...ah thats a potential death sentence, and you know it. who will take care of our children, who will raise our children if we are dead or seriously wounded, how... who will get our kids through life and into college...
Sounds to me that if you do not believe in what is going on with your job, its time to get another job.

Exactly. There’s a reason for all those fat paychecks and cushy pensions: it’s called the risks inherent in the job. He wants the benefits without the risks. Terminate him and all those like him.

Wow. This pathetic parasite has no problem cashing his taxpayer funded paycheck, but heaven forfend he should be stationed in a pwace that’s wisky.

Its one thing if someone believes in what's going on over there and...and volunteers, buts its another thing to send someone over there ah on forced assignment, This pathetic wimp signed no contract, like everyone in the military does. He can go, he can resign, or he can be fired for cause. It's his choice.
If he is fired, there should be a news conference where he is publicly humiliated as a warning for the next weakling. America still salutes its heroes, and spits on its cowards.
I would expect more from a ten year old Girl Scout.

You got to love the irony here. The left screams day and night about peace through diplomacy. Now when the leftist in the State Dept. have the perfect opportunity to demonstrate their slogans with action, they once again display their exponential hypocrisy.

The apparatchik can just scurry away but of course in true soviet fashion refuses to do so quietly.
Send him to Moscow, his kind are trying to make a comeback.

Little wonder why we have a state department whose interests are not ours—with people like this employed there, it continues to be a waste.

I noticed that, in recruiting people to serve in the State Department, the department gives preferntial treatment to those who have a military background. Thats good.Unfortunately, not true. There are a few good token people.
But by and large, most of the State Department hires are selected by careerist globalists who do not have America's best interests at heart. Read the link for an actual outline of their hiring and selection process.

Frist...Welcome, bkopto.
I saw this on Fox News, last evening, and I was incensed. This guy does not deserve to represent the US anywhere in the world, under any circumstances. He should be summarily fired, and left to make his way in the private sector.

That is always why I like to see veterans in positions of power; especially in high level DoD, Veterans Affairs, State Department, Law Enforcement and ESPECIALLY political leadership positions.
