A Democratic fundraiser who has raised $1 million for presidential candidate Hillary Clinton says he has done nothing wrong and has asked no favors in return, but Norman Hsu didn't mention that he's a wanted man.
A California prosecutor says Hsu pleaded no contest to grand theft, was sentenced to three years in prison and then disappeared, The Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday.

"He is a fugitive," Ronald Smetana, who handled the case for the state attorney general, said in an interview with the newspaper. "Do you know where he is?"
Hsu, an apparel executive who made his first-ever political contribution to John Kerry in 2004, is listed as one of the top 20 Democratic fundraisers in the country and is one of Clinton's "HillRaisers" people who rustle up at least $100,000 for Clinton's campaign, The Wall Street Journal reports.

He must want a pardon real bad.
“He is a fugitive,” .........Yeah, and he’ll “vote” for Hillary too. (often if permitted)
Where’s Tommy Lee Jones when we really need him?:)
Yep, pardon was the first thing I thought when I heard this.
Take the money from Clinton until the court can determine if it was legal or not. Sounds simple to me.
“He is a fugitive. Do you know where he is?”
I bet Hillary does.
Democratic fundraiser is a fugitive in plain sight

California authorities have sought businessman Norman Hsu for 15 years. Since 2004, he has carved out a place of honor raising cash for such candidates as Hillary Rodham Clinton.

WASHINGTON — For the last 15 years, California authorities have been trying to figure out what happened to a businessman named Norman Hsu, who pleaded no contest to grand theft, agreed to serve up to three years in prison and then seemed to vanish.
“He is a fugitive,” Ronald Smetana, who handled the case for the state attorney general, said in an interview. “Do you know where he is?”
Hsu, it seems, has been hiding in plain sight, at least for the last three years.
Since 2004, one Norman Hsu has been carving out a prominent place of honor among Democratic fundraisers. He has funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions into party coffers, much of it earmarked for presidential hopeful Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York.
In addition to making his own contributions, Hsu has honed the practice of assembling packets of checks from contributors who bear little resemblance to the usual Democratic deep pockets: A self-described apparel executive with a variety of business interests, Hsu has focused on delivering hefty contributions from citizens who live modest lives and are neophytes in the world of campaign giving.
Depending on the type of bankruptcy, when it happened and date of discharge this could also be bankruptcy fraud being that he was in possession of that large of money amount. I would think accepting contributions from fugitives would also be illegal.
Pardons! Pardons for sale!
Has there EVER been an honest donor to ANY campaign associated with Herself, the Cold and Joyless? Even when running for co-Governor of Arkansas, there were money-laundering contracts and contacts that have not always been satisfactorily explained. Some of it is probably subject toindictment, and the statute of limitations does not apply in some of the instances.
Somebody needs to call Dog Chapman.
Apparently no police force will go after him. Just the Klintoons - now think when they get back in what a mockery they will make out of justice. What will the pubbies do about this — nothing as usual - coconspititors.
Will Mr. Hsu end up on the long list of unfortunate souls to have displeased her heinous?
A little hard to hide when you're out fundraising on this grand a scale. But then again the cops can't seem to find any illegals in a protest parade either.
Just one more on the Clinton list.

Why don’t the U.S. Marshalls go get this guy and stick him in prison to serve his sentence? Is Mr. Hsu off the hook because he gave HClinton money? Is that why he’s free?
This is just like all the sheriffs who call ICE to come get the illegals and are told to just let them go. I swear, if I were a sheriff and that happened to me, I’d call FedEx and ship them parcel freight out of this country. I’d FedEx Mr. Hsu to the nearest prison, too.
Here we go again. With the Clintons there’s always another Hsu to drop.
