Still no one explained why the mandatory accident form required by the DMV was never filed.
Of course, since it was after all a city vehicle, however, his wife was not on that city insurance policy.
In addition, she is alleging not to know her drivers license was suspended for over a two year period, when the insurance companies check on policy holders licenses every month or so and obviously would have contacted her in this regards.

For those not familiar with Larry Elder, he is a radio talk show host in Los Angeles, and is syndicated on many stations across the country. He's also on XM radio channel 124 from 6p-9p eastern. I believe he is on Sirius radio as well.

If that were the case, this corrupt city attorney would have enlarged that part of the city policy into a 5x5 foot poster for the cameras. He was empty handed.
It keeps going because there are many people out there that have been out right fired, terminated immediately for the same exact thing, due to liability issues etc.

She prolly got a warning of a hearing in which her license could be suspended for that, and Delgadillo told her not to go because it would raise questions.
