I find him extreme especially considering his military background.

It’s bad enough that Hagel is a RINO but he’s a RINO without ability. He was invested in an American defeat in Iraq before our troops even reached Baghdad. I don’t know whether he’s a victim of permanent shell shock from Viet Nam or is just plain stupid.

If he actually goes through with it, he could be a BIG problem. For the Democrats. Just as John Anderson siphoned off more Democrat than Republican votes, so too will Hagel.
