The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) holds a public hearing today on whether to penalize cabbies who refuse to transport fares on religious grounds. Some Muslim cabbies at the Twin Cities Airport are refusing to carry travelers who have alcohol with them or who have service dogs.

Wouldn't refusal to carry a passenger with a service animal be a violation of the ADA? How dare they refuse my seeing eye pig?
Drivers that won't carry a fare should be made to go to the end of the queue.

Refusing to transport an individual with a service dog should fall under the category of discrimination.
