I can't believe Gramm and Hutchison went for this. What does it change?

I voted yes. Get the Copperheads out in the open and on record. Hit them so damn hard in the next two years they will welcome the sweet release of political death. Pelosi has already shown that she's brittle as all get out. Poke her with a sharp stick a few more times, and the results should be quite entertaining. BTW, a Copperhead is a Copperhead, regardless of what silly little letter they have after their name.
