At least the Vermont Teddy Bear ads aren't as annoying as the "Head On" headache ads. What's obvious is that they designed them to be intentionally annoying... and succeeded beyond their wildest dreams!

Watching these journalists on Meet the Press, I can't get over how they have such a high opinion of themselves. They truly believe they are the Keepers of the Truth and everything in the free world depends upon them. It was almost comical watching them fret over journalists having to testify.

I understand what you are saying about Lincoln, and I agree.

I made my statement the way I did so that lurking liberals who are gleefully dubbing Obama the "New Lincoln," will be forced to say how Lincoln's life has anything in common with Obama's. I'm from Illinois, but I'm not running around comparing myself to Abe.

The libs should not be permitted to place Lincoln's mantle on Obama's shoulders without being forced to explain exactly what they are implying by the comparison.

It's apparent that libs are attempting (big time) to take some of Lincoln's aura, so they can rub it off on Obama.

When the libs refer to Lincoln, they do not take all the facts into account, as you did. They should be forced to explain what they mean.

I'm not going to let libs get away with this.

That was the point he made last week on reliable source, I sent him a very nasty email about that, and asked him why he couldn't acknowledge that it is indeed Jow Wilson who had the close relationship with the media, and was using them to get his lies spewed!

Exactly....

It's just like when people in NYC wonder how Bush got re-elected in 2004 when "they don't know anyone" who voted for them. Why is that suprising, considering the circles in which they travel?

I am surprised and not surprised at the same time but I think in Britain he would have been suspended probably on full pay or as we often say garden leave because then he cannot be compromised or the station compromised by accidently saying something about an ongoing court case.

I'd love to hear Russert talk to Imus about this if he ever did get into serious trouble.

"You do not think that Tim will let facts get in the way of what he wants to say do you?"

Ironically, practically as you were typing this, Fat Tim was commenting on how frustrating it was to testify in this case. He was restricted to "Yes and No" answers, and cut off from further response.

Takes your breath away, doesn't it?

I could not believe the fuss over the word articulate to me that is a compliment full stop regardless of colour, race, background or educational qualifications.

You can be highly educated but not able to articulate your views why is not someone brave enough to say this.

Sorry I forget its BDS.

I had not heard that take on it, that is a great find on your part, and it is beginning to all add up to a Media that is trying to push a takeover of the War and Presidency. They are probably not even embarrassed by this and other miscues, lies, obfuscations. I wonder how many Journalists (term used loosely) including Terrible Timmah are looking for a future White House Appointment if they carry the water for the DNC and unhappily (for us) succeed in getting a Rat as President again?

IMHO rather than invading Iran, the smartest thing we can do is destroy the terrorists they send to Iraq and if they commit any overt misdeeds anywhere, strike them hard and then wait until they do something stupid again.
I fear an all out war in Iran will only inspire more terrorists, the sanctions are working, we should just let them take their course.

That would not be allowed in Britain it would be called subjudice (sp) and from what the Vice President has said in various interviews it is not really correct on your side of the pond either.

Reliable Sources is going to talk about the Astronut, the LIbby Trial and Russert taking the stand, and about Osama Obama. I will report on the LIbby/Russert conversation and see if he brings up the false affidavit. I wonder why he isn't reporting on the WAPOs false story. HA!

New Media is despised by MSM members as IA is by rank and file police

Excellent post, we are hated by the msm/dbm but they know they can't ignore us any more they do so at their own peril.
