Before leaving for Camp David today, President Bush Signed The Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation And Management Reauthorization Act Of 2006. By signing this bill, the President reaffirmed our commitment to protect America's fisheries and keep our commercial and recreational fishing communities strong. This Act will end over-fishing in America, help us replenish our Nation's fish stocks, and advance international cooperation and ocean stewardship. Fact Sheet: Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act.

Quote of the Day
I want to address kind of a rumor, an urban legend that's going around -- and it comes from language in the President's Wednesday night address to the nation, that in talking about Iran and Syria, that he was trying to prepare the way for war with either country and that there are war preparations underway: There are not. What the President was talking about is defending American forces within Iraq and also doing what we can to disrupt networks that might be trying to convey weapons or fighters into battle theaters within Iraq to kill Americans and Iraqis.
As regards Iran, the United States is using diplomatic measures right now to address concerns -- including Iran's nuclear program. We've been working with the United Nations Security Council, recently got a chapter seven resolution. So this is something that is very important to push back, because I know there's been a lot of speculation about it. Let me just try to put that to rest once and for all.
(So there!)

Our President deep in thought. God bless you, Mr. President.
Enjoy your visit to Sanity Island
Yes and we can also say "castrated." Slowly, with a dull knife and without any medication.
Exactly!
He deserves that an much worse!
I truly think I could do it myself and I hate the sight of blood...
I would help you!
No child needs to have to go through what these young boys probably went through at the hands of this monster!
Not sure what I did in that last post to you but it didn't come out right!
Great minds think alike!
Unbelieveable and cruel to. Not only the kids thing but also the fact she basically said Condi does not have any immediate family that is way out of order.
I was trying to figure out if it was code! LOL!
Yes they do.....when monsters' punishment is being considered.
Ready? LOL!
Now
Just plain awful because that goes beyond saying not having children
Well they are paying a million a week for the pleasure so someone must care LOL
Snugs let me explain something
LA Fans don't give rat*** about Soccer fans because LA Galaxy dont' attact people I was talking to sport fans more people talking about NFL playoffs than David Beckam they don't care this is LA Sport scene for
We are LA Lakers, LA Clippers, LA Dodgers Anahiem Angels maybe Anahiem ducks sport fans
We don't care
I could see David Beckam contract going ruin LA Galaxy bank LOL!
Reason is we don't care only thing we care about is SUPER BOWL OR NASCAR right now ROFL
Ask any US sport fan do they care Soccer NO WAY
IMHO that says it all as to why they hate GWB because they just do not understand.
