CAIRO, Egypt - The purported leader of an al-Qaida-linked militant group offered U.S. troops a one-month truce for withdrawing from Iraq without being attacked, according to a speech posted on an Islamic Web site Friday.
The leader of Islamic State of Iraq, Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, also called on former officers in Saddam Hussein's disbanded army to join his militia, promising to provide them with a salary and house so long as they could recite three "suras," or groups of verses, of the Quran.
The authenticity of the 20-minute audio tape could not be verified but it appeared on an Islamic Web site known for displaying militant groups' statements.
The "Islamic State of Iraq" is believed to be an umbrella group for militant organizations, including al-Qaida in Iraq.

Good one.
19,000 Americans were killed in the Battle of the Bulge...in five weeks of fighting.
But we've forgotten, it seems, what it takes to win a war.
God bless our troops.

They must need a month to get resupplied with various types of weaponry! Exactly!
The real translation is, " we are getting destroyed and we need a breather so we can regroup."

Yeah, let's meet in the desert in a tent to sign the truce. Uhh, that desk is not really a MOAB. If we're not there when you get there, wait, we will get there soon.

we need to start making examples of these guys when we catch them....terrify and horrify them and their moslem 'sensibilities' so badly that they are just unable to deal with the fates they begin to experience. And make this well known. They want Crusaders ? We should start acting like real Crusaders . Their heads should all be on posts lining the streets.
To: TexKat
So they can move more Iranian terrorists around.
