AP has recognized Al-Qaeda as a legitimate state. Surprise! Iraqi Government of course are only puppets, and President Bush is only Mr Bush... The "Islamic State of Iraq" is believed to be an umbrella group for militant organizations, including al-Qaida in Iraq.
