How many VVAW were busted as not ever being in the military at all.
There was one notable one that I can't recall that gave congressional testimony.

I don't see this lawsuit going to far, but good luck to them anyways. It would be fun to have Kerry under oath to see just how much he really knew about his group's assassination plots against US political leaders.

"Campbells lawsuit put a unique spin on the definition of defamation: He claimed that Stolen Honor damaged the public reputations of himself, Kerry and others by questioning whether they truly were the baby-killers they claimed to be!"Interesting.
Campbell's entire professional reputation is dependent on his being a murderous war-criminal.

"My fellow POWs and I who were the target of these lawsuits are not willing to quit or surrender. Kerry and his cowardly followers may have achieved their purpose of keeping the American people from seeing Stolen Honor in 2004, but we refuse to allow the truth about Vietnam to remain untold."
Keep-a-going!
I'd always assumed that Senator Kerry's diatribe before the Congress constituted either a confession of war crimes (which were not the pursued) or perjury.
Now I learn that it was neither.
Solomon was right, there truly IS nothing new under the sun.

...implications reaching beyond Kerrys veracity and reputation.Kerry has recently made noise about "fighting" the "Swift-boaters" and has publicly stated that he won't take the alledged "abuse" he "suffered" at the hands of those who questioned his service and patriotism.
Keep on making noise, Kerry, you low-life, slimy, SOB, traitorous poodle-man.
Sign the 180, you lying bastard!

I wonder why Campbell has never been charged with the war crimes that he said he committed?

Both targets of the new lawsuits, Ken Campbell and Jon Bjornson, testified at the Vietnam Veterans Against the War's 1971 Winter Soldier hearings.
