I don't see this lawsuit going to far, but good luck to them anyways. It would be fun to have Kerry under oath to see just how much he really knew about his group's assassination plots against US political leaders.
It would be even better to see him, under oath, tell us why he met 3 times with enemy leaders in Paris = while still in uniform - and just why, since this is a crime, per our Constitution, punishable by lots of jail time - and disqualifies one from EVER serving in ANY elected office - even dog catcher - that he is a U.S. Senator...

I agree. IMHO, every day that this vile mountebank sits in the Senate and continues to run for the Presidency, he fully deserves to be harrassed and pursued with every legal means available.
