Pope Quotes Qur'an; Muslims Kill Nun, Burn Churches

The Pope invited the Muslims, other Christians, Jews and scientists to TALK to each other. Islam responded to his invitation by killing Christians, burning churches and the Pope in effigy, which doesn’t appear to be a good way to start a dialogue. Now, I ask you, if the Qur’an teaches Muslims that there should be no compulsion in religion, why are they killing nuns, burning down Christian churches and burning the Pope in effigy? Well at a later date Mohammad wrote in sura 9: 29-30 of the Qur’an:

“9.29”: Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.

“9.30”: And the Jews say: Uzair is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away! “

Perhaps Europe needs to think aboutr sura 9 before it hands 20% of Serbia, the province of Kosovo, over to Albanian Muslims, who already have destroyed over 150 Serbian Christian Churches and who want to either subject or eliminate the few remaining Serbs.

Hmmm, I don't think Mohammad could read or write. He had others do it for him. Amen.

Christians are turning the other cheek into oblivion, when is somebody gonna call an elephant in the living room an elephant and really do something. For evil to succeed it only takes good men to do nothing, well excuse me WHERE ARE THE GOOD MEN, mouthing platitudes, excuses and sorries, whilst they, murder burn and destroy in the name of islam. When are we gonna draw the line in the sand and demand an end to their persecution of us or they will pay the price. The time is NOW...who will step up to the plate??

Right on brother. And keep saying it to any and all who will listen. Our way of life depends on it.

This bears repeating:

Mohammad wrote in sura 9: 29-30 of the Qur’an:

“9.29”: Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.

“9.30”: And the Jews say: Uzair is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!“

"The Prophet" Mohammad is demonstrably unholy. This should be recognized by rational (i.e., non-politically-correct) people and acted upon accordingly. Self defense is not a sin.

What bullshit.

The good men are in Afghanistan, Iraq and yes, even Washington, fighting on the battlefield and using technology.

Sorry they aren't doing it all on CNN for your visual entertainment, but THEY ARE FIGHTING THIS WAR 24/7, and the whines of those who want hot footage around the clock because they're too ignorant to grasp this are nothing to them.

Gimme a freakin break and support our troops.

I think everyone here supports the troops. And they are doing an outstanding job. But military might and tech know-how only goes so far. More and more people need to stand up and point out the violence and hypocrisy of Islam.

It's so easy to mouth platitudes but it's comical when someone asks why "good men" aren't fighting.

Talk is cheap. Putting one's butt on the line is real.

The Good Men are doing just that. What the heck good is some boob in a suit on TV yapping about how we have to do something about militant Islam going to do? Zilch.

SAYING one supports the troops in general is a nice gesture; pretending their work isn't the fighting the poster was calling for is embarassing.

The problem is our Government is allowing PC nonsense to get in the way of allowing the job to get done and done right. The liberals are to busy parking their heads up eachother's asses in the name of political correctness hamstringing our efforts, when will these idiots realize this is not a game?

The patriotism of troops in Afghanistan and Iraq are not at question -- they are willing to lay down their lives to protect us -- that's what they are doing. (And there are a few of them here with us on the board.) But what in the heck are we doing?

We are letting our government hand away Christian land just to try and prove "We love Muslims"??? We are supporting jihadist narco-terrorists and signing the death sentence of 100,000 Christians -- and for what? Because we are scared of these terrorist animals? MrDaddyLongLegs is right, we need to stand up and say "Enough!" This is not simply political, it is moral -- and if we don't stand for something then we will fall for anything!

"SAYING one supports the troops in general is a nice gesture; pretending their work isn't the fighting the poster was calling for is embarassing."

You miss the point. It isn't that we don't support the troops, it is that our own government won't even admit the nature of the threat. Militant Muslims are only the tip of the iceberg. The threat is from an ideology similar to socialism or fascism. The threat is Islam, which by it's very nature is intolerant of freedom.

Until our politicians can stand up and say that our enemy is Islam, not just militant Islam, we cannot hope to win and our efforts will, for the most part, be wasted.

Oh and by the way, these Muslim narco-terrorists in Kosovo are thumbing their nose at us, because they know that we (the US & the Euros) are so afraid of them that we will sell out the last Christians (the Serbs) in Christian Kosovo down the river without a fight!

This is what the Muslim Albanians have done to Christian churches:

This is a photo of a Muslim Albanian urinating on a Christian church that his Muslim buddies destroyed (along with 150 others), while his friend photographs him with his cell phone!

Then look at this smug Muslim narco-terrorist war criminal, Agim Ceku whose Interpol arrest warrant was pulled so that he could become "prime minsister" over stolen Christian land.

And then his words: "Kosovo's Prime Minister Agim Ceku speaks during an interview with Associated Press in his office in Pristina the capital of Kosovo on Wednesday Sept. 20, 2006. Kosovo's prime minister on Wednesday dismissed Serbia's fierce opposition to the province's drive for independence, insisting that decades of bloodshed in the Balkans are over and Serbs will never dare to invade Kosovo again because 'they have no courage.' (AP Photo/Alban Bujari)

It isn't the Serbs who have "no courage", it's the Euros & us! And unless we do something about it right now, US policy on appeasing Muslims in Kosovo will stand. Help change this dangerous and cowardly policy at Save Kosovo!

I'm not missing the point at all. The point is that people who complain about labels and speeches are missing the point. During the Cold War, there were no regular speeches made while our intelligence people were fighting day in and day out. We are fighting the terrorists wherever they are; we're just not on the tube yakking about it for the weak-willed. ACTIONS are important, not politicians saying "Yes, it is a war against militant Islam," which would achieve zero, for the beenfit of those who need sloganeering to make them feel better.

The people who want everything done like a movie, with fiery rhetoric, are the ones missing the point.

"During the Cold War, there were no regular speeches made while our intelligence people were fighting day in and day out."

During the cold war we had no problem calling communism the evil ideology it is. We didn't have legions of apologists defending every outrageous thing communists did and blaming ourselves for their behavior. We knew who the enemy was. Now the country is divided. Half recognize the danger of Islam, the other half mindlessly defends Islam. We are fighting with one hand tied behind our back.

If you think we can win like that fine, but I don't think we can.

What makes you think that if these declarations happened, the apologists would suddenly all get in line and stop apologizing?

That makes zero sense. Let's say today that those who believe as we do made these specific declarations--OK, how would that change ANYTHING--the way we fight, the opinions of the apologists, the Muslim threat?

Rhetoric is rhetoric. If you truly think that if from day one we had the "right" rhetoric we wouldn't have this divide, I think you need some educatin'--look back into the history of the Cold War and tell me when, exactly, we didn't have legions of Soviet apologists.

We had soviet apologists but they were marginalized. No one gave them the time of day and they didn't account for close to half the population.

You seem to be under the illusion that everyone thinks for themselves in this country. Most people believe what they are told to believe. It is sad but true. When the President tells people that Islam isn't bad, they believe him.

They are clueless about the true nature of Islam.

"How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property - either as a child, a wife, or a concubine - must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. You keep avoiding the issue, which isn't surprising. You never answered my direct questions, and you can't because the answers won't reflect well on your position. Later.
