I am sure French intel monitors them. I wonder what French usually ask U.S. in return for giving some intelligence on Kim family's activities in France.

All the N.K./ill-Kim jokes aside, how incredible sad for the daughter. Being allowed to travel outside NK she probably saw enough of freedom (even in France) to believe going back was an option.
