"The men said that their actions were inspired by an urge to avenge the suffering of Muslims in Bosnia"

Didn't the U.S. (stupidly) fight on the side of Muslims in Bosnia?

urge to avenge the suffering of Muslims in Bosnia and Chechnya.

Except for helping the Russians whack one terrorist leader, what is the Checnya/US connection? Plus BJ was on the filthy Muslim side in Bosnia.

That is true.
But anyway, why searching for logic in Islam?

I agree 100%.

Its all about controlling the "Arab street", they have to give the "peasants" someone other than their OWN leadership to hate. IE US. Or Perhaps Israel.

The War on Terror is MORE about THEM; the LEADERSHIP OF MIDDLE EASTERN NATIONS, THEN IT IS ABOUT US.

WITH OUT THE LEADERSHIP OF NATIONS IN THE MIDDLE EAST, THERE WOULD BE NO WAR ON TERROR.

Let me repeat that:

WITH OUT the CURRENT leadership in the Middle East, there would be NO suicide Murderers, No conflict with Hezbolla, and NO WAR ON TERROR.

Those "Leaders" brought the war on us all so they could control their own populations and MAINTAIN their power.

GET RID OF THOSE LEADERS BY ANY MEANS, and you ELIMINATE the problem.

Let's roll.

But anyway, why searching for logic in Islam?

Avenge this, avenge that, Rage, Rage, tantrums, outrage, violence.

It's like rabies, but spread by imams, and blamed on everything and anyone else but their Bronze Age corruption and savagery.

Underlying causes, Peaceful Religion speeches, and all that aside, it's a disease that belongs in some equivalent of a leper colony or madhouse.

Civilization is very slow to anger, based on its own rules.

Someday it will do what needs to be done.

The video also showed two of the 19 Islamists who took part in the attacks, Saudi nationals Hamza al-Ramdi and Wael el-Shemari. The men said that their actions were inspired by an urge to avenge the suffering of Muslims in Bosnia and Chechnya.

"...and Saddam told us not to mention Iraq..."

Right on, but waiting...waiting...

Maybe our military sons and daughters will come help us out here in the states since we seem incapable of acting like adults.

Actually it was Bob Dole who forced the Clinton gang to end their arms embargo to the Bosnians. Dole stage managed a bill through the Senate when Clinton et. al. was in no hurry to involve the U.S. in any activity outside the USA. He was still reeling from Mogadishu.

During the time of his inactivity tens of thousands of people had died in Bosnia. This is to be differentiated from Kosovo where the killing did not start UNTIL American involvement. While I can have no realistic way of divining the IslamoFascist mind, it does seem they were ticked at Clinton and the US for allowing the atrocities in Bosnia to go on as long as they had.

As far as Chechnya? I have no idea what they see as reality in their Islamo fantasy land. But one thing I do know is that in Al Queda, Chechnyans are prime movers. They are considered the most dependable and most ruthless fighters. It is possible that their inability to force the Russkies out of Chechnya caused them to pressure bin Laden to apply action against what they saw as an ally of their enemy. Why America would be considered a U.S. ally? That I don't comprehend. But then I can't comprehend the Dummie Underground either, as I have a difficulty understanding fascists.

Yes, and when we fought, turns out that we were actually defending al Qaida!

It will take something enormous to get peoples' heads out of the sand. No one wants to deal with the thoughts. It has been generations since an all-out war, and the very culture of dealing with such has been metrosexualed into neuterism.

At least a significant part of the last two generations worship "ME", and do not wish to be part of something larger, like a nation.

When 50 Kilotons take NYC, the delusion will end.

It will then be up to the People to act decisively, and they will do so with a terrible resolve.

We see the thin veneer of civilization unpeeling from a (haha) "Great Religion".

They will learn it can do so from our society as well.

Clintons buddie in bosnian War, 1992-1995 nad people US still supports: ž Sarajevo, 8 Sept. (AKI) - Bosnia's wartime president, the late Alija Izetbegovic received money from a Saudi businessman, Yassin al-Kadi - who has been designated by the United States, the United Nations, and the European Union as a financier of al-Qaeda - Sarajevo weekly Slobodna Bosna (Free Bosnia) has reported, quoting local and foreign sources. Izetbegovic, a Muslim, who died in 2003, received 195,000 dollars in 1996 from al-Kadi, Slobodna Bosna alleges. Al-Kadi's bank accounts were frozen in 2001 by the United States authorities for money laundering and financing al-Qaeda. The weekly said that Bosnian authorities obtained the information on this transaction from a British bank in the process of investigation of activities of al-Kadi’s humanitarian organisation, Mufavak, which was outlawed four years ago and which began operating in Bosnia under the name "Blessed relief" ------------------ http://www.adnki.com/index_2Level_English.php?cat=Terrorism&loid=8.0.338134636&par=

It makes no difference what they say they did or didn't do 9/11 for.

In my experience, if one reason doesn't suit their purposes, or is invalidated, they simply choose another one.

They did it because of the American Occupation of Iraq. No?

They did it because of the American Occupation of Afghanistan. No?

They did it because of the sanctions against Iraq. No?

They did it because of the Clinton Missle Strikes in 1998. No?

They did it because of the American actions in Bosnia. No?

They did it because of the American presence in Kuwait. No?

They did it because of the American presence in Saudi Arabia. No?

They did it because of the First Gulf War. No?

They did it because of America's support of Israel. No?

They did it because of America's involvement in Lebanon. No?

They did it because of America's support of the Shah of Iran. No?

They did it because of Western Colonialism. No?

They did it because they live in repressive, misogynistic poverty stricken societies, resent the fact they are stuck in the middle ages and have squandered any advantages they once held because they refuse to believe that non-islam has anything to offer them. They did it because they are consumed with self-loathing and insecurity. No?

Well, tomorrow is a new day. There has to be some excuse.
