How many of you remember the TERROR IN THE SKIES story that came out in a magazine (Women’s Journal) in July 2004 and recently made into a book? It was a huge topic of discussion on freerepublic at the time. It was a women’s well documented account about a group of Arab looking men on Northwest Airlines flight #327 that gave passenger and crew the fright of their life. Could that have been a dry run for this same type of terror plot?

Neal Boortz has a report/article that said an email was intercepted (after tracking chatter) by either UK or US Intelligence. Email said 'to act now'.
That is why the UK moved to make arrests yesterday. Officials interpreted the email to mean the terrorists had upped their date because they may have thought they had been found out.
(IIRC) The 9-11-01 attacks were supposedly moved up. OBL had originally planned for the attacks to take place a few weeks later.

A successful "Dry Run" can transform into an actual attack in about ten seconds.
The majority of the terrorists may have been duped into believing the attack date was the 16th. The tickets would have assured them that the 10th was not the day they would die.
So called "dry runs" have been used before to give some of the mush brained fodder a false since of security during that day's event....less sweating for example :)
A fake dry run can also be used to detect if the plan has been discovered, in which case, all of the information related to the discovery of and reaction to the plan is factored into the real target and target date.
