"It's by no means clear that Israeli forces actually did kill them. It seems that the Israeli attack that dropped bombs near this building occurred at about 2AM, and the explosion that brought the building down was about 7AM."
I read that, too. I also wonder if these children were Lebanese muslims or Christians. Or foreigners that were trapped.
I have to be skeptical of this, if only because many Muslims/Arabs accused the U.S of the same thing with respect to 9/11.
Launch mortars or rockets and then run.
Only if you were jihading; being a human shield "doesn't count."
A nursery maybe, but they're not calling it one.
God would not want you to duck the glory, Golda, if indeed it was a godly action.
What outrage, putting children in harms way like that.

The MO is entirely consistent. They suspected that the U.S. would do what they would have done in similar circumstances. It is just (in)human nature.
Most likely it was simply a delayed collapse.
But, there is still the issue of Hizbollah launching rockets from a building housing civilian refugees. I am unwilling to believe that Hezbollah did not know that the refugees were sheltering there, and indeed, considering that Hizbollah controlled the area, I have to believe that Hizbollah was directing the sheltering efforts themselves.
The conclusion is there to see: Hizbollah wanted these innocents to die as martyrs.
