I think it's time to put the boys and girls down at the alphabet "media" on suicide watch. These people are on the verge of taking themselves out.

How can resistance become stronger when more and more terrorists are killed? The terrorists can strengthen their "resolve" all they want, but when they are being mowed down in terms of sheer numbers, their "resistance operations" are continually approaching the status of unrealistic fantasies.
And 200 million al-Zarqawis will not be created, either. It takes a special degree of brainpower to coordinate a terrorist network - an amount of intelligence most would-be terrorists will never have.

The outrageous and subversive behavior of the mainstream media (MM) wouldn't have been tolerated two generations ago. The MM is also fond of providing news like that of Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi's death with a distinct "but" in the story as if there is a "downside" to what is being reported.

The question is whether it is the death of a monster, of the lopping of the head of a hydra. If the latter, and two grow in its place, I fear the fire needed to staunch their regrowth may need to be thermonuclear. May God forbid the need, but may we have the resolve if the need is there.
