It's fairly obvious that the central, driving premise of these "journalists" is that Bush can do no right in Iraq and hence whatever is done must be wrong. This is bone-headedness to the level of a certifiable mental disease.

Zarqawi was responsible for the death of thousands of innocents and the personal slaughter of helpless prisoners as a video show. There is no way on God's green earth that the death of such a monster may be regarded as disadvantageous by anyone with an IQ higher than that of a houseplant.

I don't think too many people are going to be surprised that ABC isn't sure if Zarqawis' death is a good thing. As a matter of fact, I'm surprised ABC hasn't asked if the marines gave him his Miranda rights.
