I received this from a conservative friend in Southern Cal:

- A James Hartline Report Special Investigation -
May 31, 2006
Inside The 77th State Assembly Race:
Nancy Beecham:
A Republican Giving Money
To The Democratic Majority Leader In Sacramento!

(JHR) They're back! Yes, those same folks that brought San Diego voters the failed 2005 mayoral campaign of liberal, pro-gay Republican Steve Francis (http://www.coronadocommunications.com/samples.htm), are now repackaging their efforts to sell the voters on another liberal Republican: Nancy Beecham. Duane Dichiara and his company, Coronado Communications, are the paid political consultants for Beecham in her campaign for the 77th State Assembly District seat being vacated by family values conservative Jay LaSuer (http://www.aroundthecapitol.com/electiontrack/expenditures.php?committee=1278542).

What sets Nancy Beecham apart from the other Republicans in the 77th District State Assembly race is her financial contributions to one of the leading supporters of gay marriage and abortion in the California State Assembly, who also happens to be a Democrat! In betraying her own party and the thousands of conservative families in her district, Beecham made large contributions twice in the past sixteen months to Dario Frommer, the liberal Democrat from Glendale, California. During last year's push for gay marriage in the California State Legislature, it was Assembly Majority Leader Dario Frommer that helped lead the charge in the passage of AB849, the same-sex marriage bill. For her part, Nancy Beecham was contributing money at the same time to pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage Frommer's campaign collection plate.

Contributor Recipient Contest Name Amount Contributed Contribution Date Contribution Type
BEECHAM NANCY L., RETRO MEDICAL BILLING, REGISTERED NURSE, EL CAJON, CA 92019-1153 FROMMER, FRIENDS OF DARIO, ID#1258284 - $300.00 12/27/2004 MONETARY
FROMMER, CALIFORNIANS FOR DARIO, ID#1276829 State Controller $300.00 6/30/2005 MONETARY
Total Monetary $600.00
Total Loan $0.00
Total Non-monetary $0.00
Grand Total $600.00

It was also during this time frame that Beecham's current political consultant, Duane Dichiara and Coronado Communications was pushing for the election of pro-gay, pro-abortion Republican millionaire Steve Francis to be the mayor of San Diego after the resignation of Dick Murphy. It is worth noting that Beecham and Francis have another commonality between themselves. Both are major players in the healthcare industry. Francis owns AMN Healthcare, the huge temporary skilled nursing corporation (http://www.amnhealthcare.com/images/i_sec/20th_annniversary/20th.html). Beecham owns Retro Medical Billing (http://www.retromedical.com/company_profile.htm). Retro Medical Billing, located in El Cajon, California, provides billing expertise to the skilled nursing market.

Will Nancy Beecham offer any support for the majority family values conservatives in San Diego's 77th State Assembly District should she get elected? Her contributions to liberal Democrat and gay marriage supporter Dario Frommer seems to indicate that an Assemblywoman Beecham would vote hand-in-hand with the other liberal pro-abortion, pro-gay members of the state legislature. Beecham's campaign contributions also tell a story of where this liberal Republican's priorities are. Thousands of dollars have flowed into Beecham's campaign coffers from the healthcare industry (http://cal-access.ss.ca.gov/Campaign/Committees/Detail.aspx?id=1278542&session=2005&view=received). Whatever horse Beecham decides to ride, if she heads towards Sacramento, one can be sure that it will be well medicated.

Why did Nancy Beecham become a late entry into the 77th State Assembly race? Confidential sources have told the James Hartline Report that certain powerful forces in the Republican Party who are backing Joel Anderson, wanted Beecham to run to take female votes away from Debbie Beyer, the other women in the race. Ironically, while Beecham is now running against Beyer, who has been endorsed by Assemblyman Jay LaSuer to replace him in this seat, it was Beecham that financially contributed to LaSuer in his 2002 relection campaign:

Contributor Recipient Contest Name Amount Contributed Contribution Date Contribution Type
BEECHAM NANCY, SELF-EMPLOYED, NURSE, EL CAJON, CA 92019 LA SUER, RE-ELECT ASSEMBLYMAN JAY, ID#1235259 State Assembly 77 $100.00 10/14/2002 MONETARY
Total Monetary $100.00
Total Loan $0.00
Total Non-monetary $0.00
Grand Total $100.00

Christian Vote 2006
Christian Conservative Voters Protect Yourselves!

An Inside Look At Jack Dale's Campaign of Hypocrisy:
77th Assembly District Candidate's Campaign
Overrun With Liberal Abortion Supporters!

- JHRonline -

(JHR) According to Dr. Tony Foglio, Pastor of Sonrise Community Chruch (http://www.sonrise.net/staff/FoglioPT.asp), Santee City Councilman Jack Dale is someone that people of faith should support in his effort to become the next person to represent the 77th Assembly District in the California State Legislature. Pastor Foglio writes of Councilman Dale on Dale's campaign website:

“Jack Dale shares our faith, our values and our convictions. He is a man who will stand up and fight for what he believes in.” - Dr. Tony Foglio, Senior Pastor, Sonrise Community Church

After an extensive investigation by the James Hartline Report, one has to ponder what Jack Dale is Pastor Foglio referring to? It surely couldn't be the Jack Dale that is running for the 77th State Assembly race. On the contrary, the Jack Dale that is running for the 77th California State Assembly seat has aligned himself with some of the biggest supporters of abortion and homosexuality in the entire state of California. In fact, Councilman Jack Dale has just added his support for pro-gay, pro-abortion liberal Brian Bilbray in his bid to replace ousted Congressman "Duke" Cunningham (http://bilbrayforcongress.com/endorsements/).

Endorsements For Liberal Pro-Gay, Pro-Abortion Supporter Brian Bilbray: Santee Councilman Jack Dale, Lesbian District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis and Pro-Gay Pride Supporter Sheriff Bill Kolender.

Jack Dale's campaign website is overrun with the same liberal, pro-homosexual and pro-abortion supporters that are behind Brian Bilbray's anti-conservative drive to congress. Here is a list of anti-family liberals that are supporting Jack Dale's 77th State Assembly campaign:

Charlene Zettel - Major Supporter of Abortion On Demand
Bonnie Dumanis - Radical Lesbian Activist
Ron Roberts - Gay Pride Parade Veteran
Bill Kolender - Gay Pride Parade Veteran
Lori Holt-Pfeiler - Major Supporter of Abortion
Art Madrid- Extremely Liberal Supporter of Abortion

Jack Dale with Liberal Abortion Supporter Art Madrid.
Madrid was a major supporter of Prop. 71, the Embryonic Stem Cell Initiative.
Madrid has also endorsed such liberal Democrats as Mike Aguirre
for San Diego City Attorney and Mary Salas for the
79th State Assembly District.

Did Jack Dale Falsify His Campaign Biographical Statement?

Jack Dale has an extensive liberal history. Until recently, he has always supported abortion rights. He has no prior history of being pro-life. This would explain why so many abortion supporters are now supporting his campaign in the 77th State Assembly race. Yet, in his campaign website, he touts some interesting information in his biography (http://www.daleforassembly.com/bio.html). In his bio, Dale states:

"The Dales were immediately interested in making a difference through community service. Jack became President of the Santee Kiwanis Club, an elder at his church and active in many community organizations such as the Exchange Club and the Santee Chamber of Commerce."

"...elder at his church?"

What church is Jack Dale referring to? Jack Dale currently attends Sonrise Community Church, thus explaining Pastor Foglio's endorsement of Dale. Was Dale referring to Sonrise, when he states in his campaign bio that he became an elder at his church? The James Hartline Report contacted Sonrise Church about this statement. James Hartline could not believe that any pastor would be endorsing Dale after the councilman has endorsed such a strong abortion supporter like Brian Bilbray. Associate Pastor Tony Foglio Jr. spoke with James Hartline and stated emphatically that Jack Dale has never been an elder at Sonrise Community Church.

Will the voters of San Diego ever get a reprieve from the double-talking and morally compromising men and women who run for office in their part of the world? Will candidates who support abortion, but mysteriously campaign as pro-life in their conservative districts during campaign seasons, ever give the voters some honesty? Will candidates actually stand up and display some true convictions for the hard working families of San Diego, rather than simply being advocates for illusionary social liberal ideologies? Jack Dale should do the voters a favor and stick to competitive sports where he can switch sides all he wants, and leave the voters alone. They have already suffered enough.

You are obviously categorizing my candidacy unfairly. The fact is that I represent a new kind of Republican who holds our liberty interests under the Constitution as sacrosant. Moreover, my history is one of attempting to do the right thing in a world where pragmatism has developed into an excuse for doing whatever will get you what you want--regardless on the impact on others.

Further, your attempt to ridicule animal rights is that: ridiculous. Why is it wrong to support the ethical treatment of animals? The fact is that as both my spouse and I both love animals, we bought a ranch as a sanctuary for our 200 animals and actively support and contributed to various organizations that care for animals.

Moreover, at this time, we also began to speak out against corruption in government and the abuse of authority in our communities. In our case, over a period of 10 years, the El Dorado County California Sheriff’s Department and the El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office systematically failed to protect us against numerous acts of theft, assault, vandalism and threats of harm, and hate crimes due to our sexual orientation and outspokenness. Yes, I could have kept quiet, not said a word, stayed in my closet and nothing would have happened. But I do not like discrimination, arbitrary and capricious use of authority, and government shoving rules and taxes down my throat.

The intimidation and discrimination continued and escalated to the point that in 2004 my spouse and I were falsely and maliciously charged with conspiracy to defraud some of the contractors we hired in our ranch. Thereafter, shortly after we filed a complaint against the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department and District Attorney, On December 7, 2004 our property was burned and one of our beloved service dogs was abducted by a cult group.

Finally, given that their criminal case against us was falling apart at the seams (its obvious lack of merit was clear to all) and the fact that I was running for City Council in El Dorado Hills, the El Dorado County District Attorney convened a grand jury and without the least exculpatory evidence being offered, proceeded to defame us and to increase the severity of the already false charges that they brought against us. They failed.

As a result of this experience and particularly in the aftermath of 911, I became very concerned for the welfare of my family and our country. It is apparent that there’s a failure of vision and heart. The duty of statesmen is to know the issues, anticipate the events and consequences, prepare for the inevitable, and create the opportunities for success.

Our voice in Congress is soft and inaudible. Even I cannot hear the voice of our leader. It is time for change. It is time for a strong voice in government. It is time for our beloved Zoe Lofgren to pass the baton to another, one who is capable of carrying the message to Washington, “Enough is enough.”

I will not disappoint you who support and praise my commitment to serve. I love my country. I love my family. Our vision of peace, hope, and prosperity for all is my mission. We will succeed.

Vote for me, Charel Winston
CA 16

I would like to bring everyones attention to a political newcomer in the November elections in Santee. The challenger to Jack Dale, James Montague, should over an excellent alternative to the incumbent. In addition to fresh blood in the office (everyone needs to get out once in a while and stretch their legs), Jim is a social conservative. While this office is specifically non-partisan, I think that James Montague demands a fresh look.

Vote for James Montague for City Council in November of 2008.

Santee needs some change!!!
