Which Senate bill on immigration has been called to the floor for debate today? The one out of the Judiciary Committee.. the House version or Frist's version?

None of the above. Senators were talking in Morning Business.

But to your bigger question, the immigration bill that will be debated will be the one produced by the Senate Judiciary Committee. Frist's Bill will be brought up, and the Committee "markup" will be a lock-stock-and-barrel substitute amendment. That may happen this evening, if not, it will happen tomorrow morning.

I'm going to borrow that and start writing to my representatives.....Oh hell, I live in CA. So I'll write to other people's representatives. Mine are worthless. (And DiFi already thinks illegals ARE citizens.)

Mine spikes every time I see that Mexican flag over the US upside down flag. 'ell, every time I think about that picture. If that one particular act doesn't bring the fence sitters off, nothing will.

The fence sitters bums will be raw by the time this is over. They will, never, ever, disagree with Pres. Bush, no matter what the issue. Pres. Bush has done some great things as Pres. but on this issue, he is dead wrong.

Lou Dobbs is a great show to watch to get the facts about how illegal immigration lowers wages, etc....

Heard Sen. McClame on Imus this morning. He said some of the illegals have been here 50 to 60 years and their grandchildren are illegals and hiding in the dark too!

Imagine the numbers of arrests if thousands of illegals marched and flew their home country flags in Mexico City. You can bet the Federales would put an end to it, immediately.


Those marchers would end up languishing for many months in a Mexican jail, if they were lucky.
