(Sorry for the interruption, back to bushbotting.)
Thanks. My brain is shot. I now remember reading either Omar or Muhammuds long list. Thanks. I also am reviewing a lot of links at Wikepedia on the various partys, and players.
I think he was promoted by GWB and company. Seriously. He was our DoS best choice back in 2004 to lead the IIG.
That has been my position over the past two weeks or so. They really have two months legally or they have to start over again, whatever that means in the reality of things. At least they no longer walk out of commitee meetings etc.. The world's eyes are focused on them.
This hateful man may well become the democrat nominee in 2008. The hateful left wing kooks "love" him.
Excellent post.
The death rate in Iraq is lower than in the US (presumably because the median age is lower there)--5.7 per thousand vs. 8.3 per thousand according to the 2005 World Almanac. On an average day over 6500 people die in the US (mostly of natural causes) while about 400 die on an average day in Iraq. There are days when 50 or 60 Iraqis die prematurely because of terrorists or insurgents, but whether that's the average number of late is another question.
Simply buttresses my opinion/theory that all Politicians, Lawyers or Radical promoters of the ROP are interchangeable.
All to be mistrusted... at best.
TT
After that Iraq turn to be the center front of the war on terror where the islamic terrorists from all over the world decided to come there and fight the Americans. It is there in Iraq where we are annihilating the islamic terrorist insurgency and we are winning big against them, we are very close to achieve the ultimate victory.

At just under 300 million people, and 8.25 deaths per thousand per year, that figures to be about 2475000 deaths a year.
6780 deaths a day (excepting leap years).
Yeah, it's ten times worse here.
I don't believe there is much the coalition can do to keep people from killing each other over in Iraq, so our troops should consentrate on the foreign terrorists, & let the Iraqis kill each other, all they want. There is too much bad blood between factions to expect reconciliation.
A civil war is not terrorism, & none of our business.
Sad. But they continue to make it hard to believe otherwise.
We will know that the left is spent when they start talking about the 'Children of Iraq'. Example - 'Yes the violence is Iraq has dropped recently, but what about the children of Iraq ! What has Bush done for them ?
To quote a great man when faced with a question from his hippy daughter about gun related deaths in America each year-
"Would it make yous feel better if they was pushed outta windas?"
death is death. The fact remains, 50 deaths a day in a population of 25 million just isn't as scary as 7000 deaths a day in a population of 300 million.
1200% difference in mortality rates.
It's safer to live there than in Detroit.
Nothing Apples and Oranges about it. They are better off now than they ever were. The person griping is doing so for political reasons and either pulling numbers out of his butt to make it sound scary (making him a propaganda piece) or the death toll really is what he says... making it progress!
This couldn't be British tabloids anxious to smear the hated Tony Blair with hyperbole, now could it?
Next they will start reporting about the death by car accidents in Iraq.
Uh... Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't "Allawi" Arabic for "Algore"?
