Va. GOV. Kaine just ended any chance of a re-election.

The State of Virginia should be furious. Their Governor just went on national television spewing the usual democrat, liberal, and hate filled statements that democrats have become famous for.

But he started out by stating that he was offering his remarks, not only on behalf of his party, BUT THE COMMON WEALTH OF VIRGINIA!

Surely the entire citizen count of Virginia does not agree with him.

Kaine just introduced himself to the Nation as a raging Liberal.

So he can kiss any chance at running for President goodbye.

>Kaine is just another semi-pretty boy like John Edwards,

This is NOT pretty boy material!

In Virginia governor's are strictly limited to one term only. There is no reelection for Kaine, for governor at least.

Well the VA GOP ran a poor campaign the got the Warner ticket elected and moved a very mediocre governor to the national stage. Then again the VA GOP compounded the problem and ran another poor campaign that got Kaine elected ! Kaine was only a so-so mayor of Richmond before he was Lt Gov.
The VA GOP has been leaderless and clueless in its last two efforts.

How pray tell, could the people of the Commonwealth of Virginia elect that eyebrow? He had that same eyebrow when he campaigned, and they voted it in. Are Virginians blind as to facial deficiencies? This guy has a major one. He came with it. He campaigned with it. Virginians had better put their glasses on or get them defogged.

Gosh, I had forgotten all about that. I recall watching that convention and hearing the news anchors talking about how Clinton had just killed his political future with that speech.

Kaine was basically elected by Northern Virginia and the state's large African American population. For whatever reason, the state is mostly conservative, but the strong conservatives bypass the Governor's mansion to try to get a more "permanent" position in the senate. I wish we could have kept Gilmore. The term limits don't always work the way we'd like them to.

He looks like Alan Colmes' brother with that left eyebrow shooting straight up in the air when he gets excited. Alan gets botox injections to control his unruly eyebrow muscle and it appears that Tim probably needs the same treatment. Must be a mutant liberal gene or something.

LOL!
I don't recall seeing him speak. Radio was about it.
I didn't vote for eyebrow guy anyway.

"The VA GOP has been leaderless and clueless in its last two efforts."

I think something else is going on here that isn't the fault of the Virginia GOP. I think the demographics of VA, in particular in northern VA has changed for the worse, namely, lots of Dems from Wash. D.C. (the upper class elite) moving into the state. Too many Dems moving to VA. Don't know what can be done about that. Same thing happened in Connecticut when East Coast liberals started moving in.

I understand that he has an obvious hair transplant on top, but does anyone know why his left eyebrow was staying 3 inches higher than the right?

He usually sports a monical, like colonel Klink, but didn't have it tonight.

He was only sworn in (or at?) about a week or so ago. the public will forget this in short order. Much like Mass with a Rep Gov and Dem legislature, here we have a Dim Bulb Gov and Rep legislature.

"I'll bet any takers that he doesn't even dare RUN for re-election!"

You would win that bet because Virginia Governors are forbidden to succeed themselves.

"Any commie-commune joint that calls itself a "Commonwealth" deserves what it gets."

Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts are all commonwealths. I was born in one and live in another. How lucky can one person get.

Virginia was a state to be proud of throughout most of this country's existance, but its democrats changed a couple of decades ago to reflect the national party. It has happened everywhere.
