Hello fellow Snowflakes! Here's an important read that the Has Been Media does not want you to know about as it would prove that the NSA policies have been keeping us safer.

It's truly stunning how a story of such epic proportions has been ignored by the American media. Disgraceful.

Just when I think those idiots can't sink much lower...

The arrests were a major coup for Italian anti-terror forces, and the story was carried in most major newspapers from Europe to China.

Amazing! It was covered in CHINA but not here! To have a freer press in China than our own is an abomination!

Thanks for the info. SL

Here is a related story about the MSM press.

THE PRESS' PECULIAR 'PATRIOTISM'
http://www.nypost.com/postopinion/editorial/60203.htm

Excerpt:

January 12, 2006 -- You wouldn't know it from mainstream press coverage of the War on Terror, but journalists are actually capable of withholding news when human lives are on the line.

Reporters' lives, that is.

American soldiers, Marines and others fighting the terrorists are on their own.

Take the case of Christian Science Monitor freelance reporter Jill Carroll, 28, who was kidnapped over the weekend in Baghdad.

Carroll was abducted from a Sunni Arab neighborhood Saturday morning — but U.S. papers didn't carry their first accounts of her kidnapping until Tuesday.

At the Monitor's request, major U.S. news outlets, including — no surprise here — The New York Times, observed a "news blackout."

Just for fun, try re-reading that piece substituting the word "Democrat" (and/or "Liberal") for each occurrance of "terrorist" (and/or "killer") ...

It's still amazingly accurate (IMESHO)!

Some of us did see a part of Pres Bush's appearance before the powers that be decided that we would be better served by listening to the talking heads and congresscritters. The President is at his best speaking to us in the setting he was in yesterday and I would have rather listened to him. My family's security is just a wee bit more important to me than CAP, etc. and if there is a chance to hear him speak during this WOT.........I'll take that anytime.
