Some of us did see a part of Pres Bush's appearance before the powers that be decided that we would be better served by listening to the talking heads and congresscritters. The President is at his best speaking to us in the setting he was in yesterday and I would have rather listened to him. My family's security is just a wee bit more important to me than CAP, etc. and if there is a chance to hear him speak during this WOT.........I'll take that anytime.
Kinda remimded me of the Heidi vs Football scenario. They might as well have put on a test pattern instead of the pompous blowhard show. I tuned OUT.
Oh yeah, President W took it too easy on them. But he's a nicer person than I am! The audience questions were awesome!!!! You could tell they weren't staged by the ENEMEDIA!
