Of course it is! Yet the same Senators who piously worry about what American defenders of the country may be doing with enemy combatants, have no problem asking a nominee to undergo what they put Alito through today. By this example they proved that the "anti-torture" bill is a travesty.
People go through worse experiences attending a winter football game at an outdoor stadium than what interrogators are "allowed" to do to detainees.
My conclusion formed by watching the hearings is that middle America could be swallowed by an earthquake, half the population decimated by bird flu, the ice caps not existent anymore, Iran pounding us with nuclear warheads, China giving us an ultimatum for our existence, and the Senate would be focused on "Roe -v- Wade"....

It was Coburn's assessment before the hearing had gotten started good and, yes, it is a very sad scenario.

Unfortunately, the younger gen. are getting MUCH of their news from AOL. If I understand correctly, since I never read AOL, they too are very, very liberal and biased against the pubs. My son, college grad. and my 15 yr old get their news info from them... unfortunately! He is always quoting the news that appears on AOL! :(
Aside from the abortion issue itself.. it sickens me that these men are selling the lives and souls of innocent children for their JOBS!
I couldn't LIE to try and keep my job... let alone sell out a child, or worse yet- propogate the murder of innocent children
as to the issue of abortion itself...
I am more than devastated at the loss of true femininity... the nurturing,.. the NATURAL instinct to protect your child... sold for some disillusion of equality? For hatred of men? Our protectors, our heros, our partners, our loves.....
I have seen the horror these women have heaped onto men and children from pure spite....pure lust for denying who they NATURALLY are..... these women have single-handedly INCREASED violence against women, and their own children, and grandchildren......yet they are blind to it all.....because of jealosy, lust, and hate.....the love of power and money.........the death of their souls......and the men that support it......even WORSE! COWARDS that have dumped all responsibility and accountability for their roles as protectors...again- for love of power, money, lust, and sex with no soul attached....

Sheeshk- i have seen him HOT and bothered-- but he BLEW- I mean he BLEW! it was wild....but justified..... I pity any man that wants to DATE his daughter....

I don't like him- he is fake and insincere, arrogant, etc... but he is sincere when it comes to fighting thes rapists.... no doubt on that....
