David Kendall, attorney, mouthpiece, spinner, and co-conspirator with the Clintons will be facing Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation in a Los Angeles Appellate courtroom on Friday. Kendall is making a final desperate appeal to remove Hillary Clinton from Peter Paul’s civil lawsuit.
Under a bizarre First Amendment theory, Kendall will argue that, as a candidate, Hillary’s free speech rights preclude her from being sued by Peter for a business fraud. The California Supreme Court had already ruled against both of the Clintons in previous attempts to be removed from the historic lawsuit.
Coincidentally, at the same time, the campaign finance fraud goddess herself will be returning to the scene of the crime. She is in Hollywood gathering money on Thursday and Friday.
I may bring my briefcase just in case Kendall needs something on which to sit.

By the time of the 3rd fraudulent report, the treasurer and candidate had the info necessary to file correctly. In the lawsuit, served on both Andrew Grossman and Hillary, Peter provided $1.6 million in expenses --- checks, bank statements, invoices, etc. They had the information necessary. From the highest levels of the DNC, with the assistance of an officer of the court, David Kendall, the fraud was perpetrated and continues to this day.
Hillary is greeted by the man she really didn't know at the Gala. Peter who? We gave back his $2,000.
Hillary being seated in front of illegal Japanese donor, Tendo Oto. Illegal to contribute. Illegal to attend fundraiser. Money never declared or returned.
Hillary and Gary Smith. His fee for the concert was 800K. She didn't know? Well, maybe that is not entirely accurate. She negotiated with him on the phone to lower the fee from 850K to 800K. Yes, she really did.

You are correct, but they don't want to hear it.
I know we've all said it a million times, but if they don't hear it from sources they trust, i.e. NBC,CBS,ABC et al, they don't believe it.
We're dealing with people who were upset that the death toll in New orleans WASN'T 10,000.
I walked around with a copy of an article from an Irish newspaper that exposed the Un/Rape thing...people just didn't care because it didn't fit the agenda of "Bush's fault".
