But if it was Christianity, he'd be a NYT front-page hero.

"The problem is not extremism," Graham told listeners. "The problem is Islam." He also said, "We are at war with a terrorist organization named Islam."What's the diff between using the word Islam on air and the word Muslim exclusively in the JWR piece?

Last I heard, Graham was asking people to stop protesting on his behalf. I await further word from him about how bad to feel over his termination, and for how long I should care.
To: Fudd Fan
My husband is fit to be tied...he does a lot of driving forhis job and always listened to Graham. but he is happy that MG refused to apologize or give in to any of the other demands.

I don't live in the DC area but I've listened to MAL when I've had to be there. I'm very glad Graham is sticking to his guns and hope he gets a better gig real soon.

Ping!
Where are Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, etc on this?
Are they going to stand up against political correctness, or curry favor with ABC/Disney.

"WMAL received more than 15,000 phone calls and emails protesting my removal from the airwaves.
Why such a huge response?
It wasn't about me..."
Then why did he presume to ask everyone to stop?
To: Fudd Fan
We don't live in the DC area, either - but WMAL has a very strong signal and we can get it nearly 200 miles away.
I would occassionally listen online in the morning........if hubby called to remind me :)
I'm sure he'll be back on the air in no time.

According to what I heard, he just had a meeting last week(apparently to work it out with the station)and everyone including him, assumed that all the publicity would do the trick to get him "re-instated". I wasn't privy to the details, but I guess that there was too much pressure on the station.
Please re-do the pressure.
