I'd be surprised if it went to court. Too much dirty laundry & bad publicity for CAIR.
CAIR's threats of lawsuits against others shouldn't be viewed as a deterrent, but as a means of bringing about their undoing and demise in this country.

CAIR seems to operate under principles and policies similar to Jesse Jackson's shakedown procedures -- threaten, intimidate, threaten to sue, collect bookoo bucks as the payoff.

Mr. Whitehead should be applauded for calling CAIR's bluff.
CAIR, like most other anti-American organizations, ACLU, NOW, etc... try to use the THREAT of a lawsuit to force their opponents into silence. In many situations, the group pressing the case has not interest in the publicity the case would generate. Or, as in the case of CAIR, having the courts show that the person they are suing was right.

I agree........this is situation where we should all be contacting our congressmen and senators weekly and asking for a full investigation of this terrorist front group. All of their grandstanding for the MSM won't mean diddley if enough taxpayers start putting pressure on our legislators to act.

They have, but people should realize that CAIR could never stand the scrutiny of a real court case. They are all bark and no bite, because they don't want the revelations from a court case publicized. After all the bad connections were publicized, they'd never get their spokespeople on another TV show and their organization would be rendered powerless.

Discovery is a wonderful thing, isn't it? I'm surprised CAIR-Hamas let it go this far. As the principal apologists for the Mohammedans the MSM has accorded them too much legitimacy. At the very least their nonprofit 501(c)(4) status should be revoked.
