I'd be surprised if it went to court. Too much dirty laundry & bad publicity for CAIR.

CAIR's threats of lawsuits against others shouldn't be viewed as a deterrent, but as a means of bringing about their undoing and demise in this country.

CAIR seems to operate under principles and policies similar to Jesse Jackson's shakedown procedures -- threaten, intimidate, threaten to sue, collect bookoo bucks as the payoff.

Discovery is a wonderful thing, isn't it? I'm surprised CAIR-Hamas let it go this far. As the principal apologists for the Mohammedans the MSM has accorded them too much legitimacy. At the very least their nonprofit 501(c)(4) status should be revoked.
