There is a Delta launch going on in Florida. Don't see anything at Vandenberg, especially a multi-engine booster.

They usually launch to the south, towards the south pacific. The oberver here apparently saw it heading north west, from his position which is south Vandenberg.
He suddenly reappeared and posted a bit a few months ago, but seems to have disappeared again.
