This is to those congressmen still freaking out about not getting more advance warning about this errant plane over Washington on Wednesday: Shut up.
While you were bitching, F-16 jets were flying over the Capitol () to protect you. Capitol Hill Police — paid a lot less than you — were busy trying to evacuate you. Ditto the White House ().
You may not like what's going on, but some — and I stress some — of you didn't waste a nanosecond to trash the very folks trying to protect your sorry asses.
One congressman even had the gall to say personnel were rushed out of buildings for nothing. Hindsight's 20-20, Einstein.
But it's a familiar rant: No plan. No procedure. No exit strategy.
Now whose fault is that?
Is there an orderly way to evacuate people when you have only a few moments' notice that those peoples' lives are in danger?
Maybe there is, look into it.

So I guess the democrats, who denouce Bush for the Patriot Act and Iraq, did NOT evacuate when told, right? I mean, seeing how Bush has exagerrated the threat and all. Sure. I'll just bet they did.

These liberal politicians are a fearful bunch of little men, that's why they bitch and blame others whenever they feel threatened. They're like little boys who never grew into full manhood. How they ever succeeded in getting people to elect them as their leaders is one of the biggest mysteries of our times.

They ALL need to be replaced. We the people need to get a handle on who is in charge - WE ARE, NOT "THEM". Congress and everyone else that receives a monthly paycheck out of our taxes needs a real reminder of that fact.

They are a pathetic bunch of losers. Not just the Dimwits; the entire house and senate. They've been breathing that rarified air for so long that they are totally out of touch with reality, and need to be replaced, en masse.
It is time to clean house and install some reality-based thinkers and DOERS! If we had representatives that could relate to US, we could get by with a part-time legislature, curtail graft and corruption, and eliminate government waste and fraud.

Watched Scott McClellan's (sp) news briefing on the incident, and I swear to God, the friggin' reporters made it all about them. "Why didn't the press corps get enough warning?", she kept screaming to him! Blah, blah, blah blah blah! Again, damned if you do and damned if you don't!
They should have stuck all of the news correspondents, save the Foxnews guys and gals, outside to tell everyone else inside what was going on. If they were to become casualties, oh well!
Brit and Neil have the only two shows on FNC worth being in the daily TiVo record schedule. And yes, it does.

I saw the whining and was astounded at how quickly it began....even for demos. From what I saw of tapes - looks like the Capitol police did a great job of standing their ground in the face of possible danger. Kudos to them.
This morning, I saw a clip of people leaving and running away from the White House and Capitol. They showed Satan's Prom Queen - I saw that yesterday and loved it - strolling along. And shw was wearing the old black crusty! Anyway, I wondered how McCaniac and JF'nKerry left the building yesterday, if they were there. I would love to have video of these two "war heroes" running out like their pants were on fire!
