Paul, I called you that by description. You do not have to say you are something. The evidence is underwhelming.

You no evidense for your bold accusations against me and instead re-edit my replies to fit your twisted views, which is delusional on your part and could be considered flaming.

In post 85 of this thread you already admitted you are not debated with me: Actually, my facts are all in a row. I am illuminating, not debating. You are not in possession of facts, only opinion.

I consider your relpies to me after that post on this thread to be nothing more than flames towards me.

And I want an apology from you.

And I want an apology from you.

Since you probably don't believe in hell... it'll be a cold day in miami!

There was nothing to debate. You made some ill-served remarks, with the direct intention of creating contention. Otherwise, you would not have bothered. Get real! That is what started the volleys. I have lots of ammuntion, so keep on replying!

You contend things, but it is all conjecture. You say that religion and government are created by man. You offer no facts, in support of your views. Instead, you try to obfuscate with your pitiful pleas for me to apologize? ...for doing what?

I hope you see the light, before you have to stand before God. He is merciful, but He is also willing to send you to the lake of fire. It's up to you, not Him. He already made that decision, and died on the cross for you...

At least I have a few witnesses to back me up...(Matthew , Mark, Luke, John, Paul, and a host of others...)

I would be happy to have a civil discussion with you, but your bias will undoubtably keep you from participating in it!

You go on back to the porch, kid, if you can't play with the big dogs!

This is anime'. It is all over the kids tv's, and getting more risque here in the US of A. In Japan, they are already copulating in the adult versions! If you have questions about it, direct them to paul. He is the expert!

I actually wept while reading this story. I feel so horrible for this woman. She & her husband were kind and loving people who took in kids that were not their own....and now he has been killed by one? Just awful...I can't even imagine the pain she is enduring. I hope that little bastard is kept locked up. Demon seed.

If my child ever killed my husband....that would be the last thing he did.

Oh I believe in Hell. But I doubt you know what the word "Hell" truly means.

This is anime'. It is all over the kids tv's, and getting more risque here in the US of A.

It's ironic you posted that picture. It is from the classic anime "Okatu No Video". The plot of that anime is anime okatu (think fan geekness to the factor of 10) take over the world.

Some people would consider that situation (anime/sci-fi geeks take over the world) Hell on Earth.

In Japan, they are already copulating in the adult versions!

Sorry, I don't collect/watch hentai anime. I just don't care for tentacles and blue blooded women. (And if don't know what I am talking about, don't ask. You do not want to know.)

If you have questions about it, direct them to paul. He is the expert!

Are talking to me, or about me in this above sentence.

And if you are wondering, I having been collecting/watching anime since 1998. My current favorite animes series on Cartoon Network are Full Metal Alchemist and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex on Adult Swim.

Please enlighten me... My understanding is limited to my studies of the Scriptures. Would you like to discuss Greek, or Hebrew? I can even take a shot at Latin, though the 'Vulgate"version is the least accurate in english translation.

Anime is escapist drivel for children. I have a 15 yr old daughter that has quite a collection, and our DVR is set for "Ghost", to record weekly. I don't have the time to watch cartoons. I'm busier watching Alton Brown, and Mario Vitale. I love FoodTV. AT least there is meaning to the Iron Chef.

Paul, I will continue to pray for you... Hell is real, but you haven't seen it! God is real. But you will never 'see' Him.

God is a Spirit. Those that worship Him, do so by faith...

Hebrews 11:ff-

1Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. 2This is what the ancients were commended for.

3By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. 4By faith Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did. By faith he was commended as a righteous man, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith he still speaks, even though he is dead.

Click on the link, and read the rest of that chapter, and the next! Then, get back to me, to discuss those witnesses!

My understanding is limited to my studies of the Scriptures.

Hell is a place of pain, where hope for pleasure is forbidden and suffering is the law of the land.

Anime is escapist drivel for children.

With such a broad statement like that, I think you are completely ignorant on the subject, like most things we have talked about here on this thread.

I could recommend a few anime series you might like, but for starters, go rent "Cowboy Bebop: The Movie", you'll eat your words after seeing that anime.

You caught me. I am not up on animated japanese art. Nor am I interested. It pales in comparison to what God has provided!

As for ignorant, I do not try to allegorize some cartoon figure, into a life lesson. I prefer to find God the old fashioned way!

I rest my case.

Then why did you bring anime up as a subject...

It pales in comparison to what God has provided!

It depends, some people find more interesting things to do than watch the grass grow all day.

As for ignorant, I do not try to allegorize some cartoon figure, into a life lesson.

Actually most good anime, or cartoons for that matter, are rarely 'preachy'.

I prefer to find God the old fashioned way!

Where did you get this from? You are a true nutcase if you think people watch anime to try and find God.

For what it's worth, if I'm reading this earlier story correctly, the victim -- who married the boy's natural grandmother 21 years ago -- was only 43.

I wonder when the book will come out. Too bad Capote isn't around to write it.
