My understanding is limited to my studies of the Scriptures.

Hell is a place of pain, where hope for pleasure is forbidden and suffering is the law of the land.

Anime is escapist drivel for children.

With such a broad statement like that, I think you are completely ignorant on the subject, like most things we have talked about here on this thread.

I could recommend a few anime series you might like, but for starters, go rent "Cowboy Bebop: The Movie", you'll eat your words after seeing that anime.

You caught me. I am not up on animated japanese art. Nor am I interested. It pales in comparison to what God has provided!

As for ignorant, I do not try to allegorize some cartoon figure, into a life lesson. I prefer to find God the old fashioned way!
