Ash clouds to about 25,000 feet!!!
I'd think we would have noticed him being there!
There seem to be conflicting reports of direction of the ash cloud.
per MSNBC.com "KING-TV in Seattle said the plume was preceded by an earthquake of about 2.0 magnitude. The station's meteorologist Jeff Renner reported that wind patterns were forecast to take the ash to the east over the Cascade Range, not over population centers." MSNBC.COM link
Me thinks you're right :)
Is that the remote control in your right hand that you use to turn the mountain on and off...
LOL Hey you two - keep safe ;)
LOL Hey you two - keep safe ;)
No fibbing. We know that's not you -- you're a lot better looking. :O)
Put a cap on that thing, last time this happened it wreaked havoc on our weather in Chicago. Keep your volcanos to yourselves, please...And turn that lamp off!
ROFLMAO!
I'm the "she" type person... The one on the left is my husband, and yes... he's got the remote, of course ;~D
I pray that Vesuvius never erupts; there are so many people living at it's base. Shiver....
And this is seris:
Best to go right to the source, which for Mt. St. Helens is the Washington (DC) VAAC, which does the ash advisories for aircraft. The ash is moving east-northeast.

you wrote...
You really shouldn't masticate at a time like this, after all you realize that doing that will make you go blind and grow hair on the palms of your hands......
...
I searched google... the only thing about excessive mastication i could find was a story about some man who couldn't get his mandible up after too much of it...and there was some woman whose uvula got a bit sore... but blindness and hairy palms... couldn't find anything about that
I could not see it from Keizer, but I imagine it was pretty impressive close up.
LOL, you're right. Three astirisks, red.
You're incorribible.
LOL! Sorry. We'll try to keep our ashes out of your air...
Thanks, Sharon!
Thanks. I will go there. I wish we could talk " Mt. St.Helens " only on these threads.Sigh........
