Modern liberals or leftists, socialists, typical democrat.

Deceitfully destroying America's traditional law and culture, to put in its place a law and culture that agrees with the godless ACLU and any other group that hates the Bible.

Just about the whole meaning of the book boiled down....not Number 1, but most definitely, 2,3,4 and 5!

Aww, 'cos number 1 is I think the closest to being the 'core' of liberalism; I suspect it also has a lot to do with the "pro-choice" movement and AIDS rates.

Sign your paycheck over to the Government;
sign your pregnancy over to Planned Parenthood;
sign your values over to the elite;
and bawl "Allegiance to the State"!

Well, I can't make up my mind between these two:
As long as it's not my neighborhood and I don't have to actually do anything.
Or:
How to lose an election.

Here's my entry:

We believe in the pursuit of personal power and wealth for ourselves, and think the best way to do this is to appeal to the compassionate instincts of the naive with phony Marxism.

Liberalism - quick and loose with changes to the fundamental rules and laws that are the underpinnintgs of the country.

Results:

Tendency towards socialism. Failure to look ahead and consider the consequences, if it feels good, do it. Have promoted failed, feel good and ultimately expensive paths - such underwriting the last 50 years of untold numbers of "fatherless" children.

Conservative - Very, very careful and very slow to change the fundamental rules and laws that are the underpinning principles of the country.

Results:

Tendency toward a representative republic. Tend to look ahead and consider the full ramifications of any change. Teach a man how to fish and he will feed himself.

[Liberals are] "savagely cruel bigots who hate ordinary Americans and lie for sport." Slander, last sentence.
Miss Coulter, as usual telling it like it is.

This one is the winner. I couldn't get any farther:

We believe in freedom and liberty, and we're for low taxes, less government, traditional values, and a strong national defense. Only we mean it. --J.P.

Contemporary liberalism in America places faith and reliance on government in a way which is rightly reserved only for God.
