This accusation is a totally false accusation, and several Freepers were there to witness this event, and they have volunteered to testify on my behalf, along with town counsel persons in local government in that area.
I have had this lawsuit over my head for 3 years now, andit is based on a lie. I never grabbed this man's throat as he claims. And now, I have to pay out thousands of dollars to make the lawsuit go away with either a signed release or a victory in court.
