Freeper Electoral College Predictions
Patriot Paradox ^

Posted on 10/31/2004 10:31:31 AM PST by sonsofliberty2000

My Electoral College Prediction:

Bush 285 Kerry 253, as long as no one moves their Electoral vote around. A few rumblings on both sides normally happen (some lady in DC always does to protest no representation in the Senate for DC. I agree with her. Also a WV elector is mad at the WVGOP and may switch his vote. So all in all in may stay the same!)

We will see what happens. Post your predictions now!

Bush (31 States, 285 EV)

Alabama
Alaska
Arkansas
Arizona
Colorado
Florida
Georgia
Louisiana
Idaho
Indiana
Iowa
Kansas
Kentucky
Tennessee
Texas
Mississippi
Montana
Nebraska
Nevada
New Mexico
North Carolina
North Dakota
Ohio
Oklahoma
South Carolina
South Dakota
West Virginia
Wisconsin
Wyoming
Utah
Virginia

Kerry (20 States, 253 EV):
California
Connecticut
Delaware
District of Columbia
Hawaii
Illinois
New Mexico
Maine
Maryland
Massachusetts
Michigan
Minnesota
Missouri
New Jersey
New York
Oregon
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
Vermont
Washington

You are right of course. My spirit flags at times. But tomorrow is another day {courtesy of Scarlett O that vampy, conniving, psychopathic southern belle so admired by girls of my youth}

I think I may be paying too much attention to the MSM on Ohio. It's got me negative on Ohio. If the "boots on the ground" there (like yourself) tell me the State is a Bush lock, then I believe ya. I'm gonna keep the faith. Thanks!

I really don't think Bush and Kerry will BOTH win New Mexico.

The President will most certainly be reelected. I have a foolproof secret weapon against Kerry - my lucky red shoes. I've never failed to get whatever I desire when wearing my red shoes, and this time my desire is that the President get reelected.

I admit that I don't wear them that often (lady's open-toed spike high heels) but you can bet that I'll be a few inches taller when I go to vote tomorrow. Magic shoes I tell ya......magic shoes.

Here are my predictions for the presidential election. I hope I'm right on the money or, barring that, that I'm not off by so much that the unthinkable happens.

Bush 52% of the popular vote, 38 states (plus 1 CD from Maine), 360 electoral votes:

AL (59-40)
AK (61-33)
AZ (52-46)
AR (54-45)
CO (52-46)
FL (52-47)
GA (58-41)
HI (49-48)
ID (70-28)
IN (60-39)
IA (51-48)
KA (60-38)
KY (59-40)
LA (55-44)
ME (CD-02 only) (50-47)
MI (49.2-49.0)
MN (50-47)
MS (61-38)
MO (53-46)
MT (61-36)
NE (65-33)
NV (52-46)
NH (51-47)
NM (52-46)
NC (55-44)
ND (64-33)
OH (51-47)
OK (62-38)
OR (49-48)
PA (50-48)
SC (59-40)
SD (61-38)
TN (55-44)
TX (61-37)
UT (70-27)
VA (53-46)
WV (53-46)
WI (51-47)
WY (71-28)

Kerry, 46% of the popular vote, 12 states plus DC (minus 1 CD from Maine), 178 EVs:

CA (52-46)
CT (53-46)
DE (49-48)
DC (86-12)
IL (53-46)
ME (statewide) (49-48)
ME (CD-01) (51-46)
MD (53-46)
MA (60-39)
NJ (49-48)
NY (55-43)
RI (56-41)
VT (52-44)
WA (50-47)

GOP picks up Senate seats in FL, GA, SC, NC, LA and SD, and holds seats in OK, KY, AK and CO. Dems pick up Senate seat in IL and hold seats in WI, WA and CA. New Senate: GOP 56, Dems 43, Independent 1 (GOP net pick-up of +5).

My guess is that Bush will win with 400+ in the Electoral College.

Almost afraid to post my prediction because so far off conventional wisdom.

The President..52% kerry..45% Other..3%

440 EV GWB 98 kerry

kerry states CT, DE, IL, MD, MA, NY, RI, VT, DC, ME, WA

Win in all the Midwest except IL. WA too far gone. OR votes by mail and should report GWB win.

CA kerry support not strong and will stay home after eastern results known. Key to CA is NJ loss by kerry.
