An activist group was sued in Miami-Dade circuit court this week by a former employee, who has accused top officials of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now of violating a slew of election laws.Mac Stuart, of Opa-locka, has accused the organization, known as ACORN, of illegally copying voter registration applications and selling them to labor union groups, allowing people to sign petitions who were not registered voters and suppressing Republican voter registration applications. …Stuart, who was assistant director of voter registration for the group, was fired in early August after being accused of trying to cash a paycheck that wasn't his. In the lawsuit, he claims he was fired only days after voicing his concerns about ACORN practices at a group meeting in late July.An attorney for ACORN, Faith Guy, said Stuart's former employers didn't engage in any wrongdoing and that it was Stuart engaging in election law violations. …

COMFORT ME PLEASE!!!!

Thanks to the impeached Rapist, there is a new category of voters--"Broken Glass Republicans."

But if the dems do manage enough fraud to steal this election...when the revolution comes...ours will be the side that's armed...

If Hillary is appointed to the Supreme Court then our Republican Senators have failed to do their job. That is one vote that should never reach the Senate floor; if it reaches the floor then be filibustered forever.

Question, can a President make a recess appointment to the Supreme Court?

If the libs somehow (pleae God no..) manage to illegally win this election, it may be time for something drastic. We cannot stand for an idealogical dictatorship.

We (might) still control both Houses, though....

Aren't you running a list on vote fraud?

I surely am:

Click the picture & goto "last" for the latest on Vote Fraud:

...and a note from your compiler of links- near the "last" are links about ACORN, Project Vote, PIGRIM, and other far-Left pressure groups who hide under the "activist" label while subverting representative government.

These nasty characters demean and dilute the value of everyone's vote.

The plan, besides their hope of throwing the election to sKerry, is to so thoroughly corrupt the election results that Mr. Bush will either not be taken seriously, or open to impeachment.

You had better take this stuff seriously- it is a dagger aimed at the heart of the Republic.

Oh good...someone is keeping a list...then you might be interested in what I discovered in a search this morning on Mark Jacoby, (cited in all the news stories as working for a group hired by the GOP) who was caught at the University of Florida changing registrations...

Although his company encourages students to register Republican, it is not sneaky in doing so, said YPM owner Mark Jacoby, who added he worked for Al Gore’s campaign in the 2000 presidential election.

Source

My theory is that Dem plants are posing as Republicans and getting caught on purpose to make the Republicans look like they are committing the fraud. Further searches on Young Political Majors LLC, the company cited in the article shows NOTHING on this group. If this was a legitimate voter registration group, I would think they would have a website or something.

I don't know if anybody has noticed the obvious, but all the ballot and voter fraud problems are occurring in battleground states. Hopefully the President will win in states that the Dims thought they had a lock on, and felt no need to cheat, like California.

In the 2000 elections in Florida, there was a MILLION vote gap between voters who were polled and said they were voting for Bush, and actual votes on election day.

Because the voters in Florida's panhandle were disenfranchised thanks to the MSM. G-d willing, that WILL not happen again.

Circle of Life was founded in 1999 by environmental activist, Julia Butterfly Hill, who is most widely known for her successful two-year tree sit atop an ancient redwood named Luna. Based in Oakland, CA,

Didn't Julia fall out of some tree and die?

I agree the RATS have no problem cheating, they do think Bush stole it last time so they consider all the corruption and cheating payback! When I patiently point out to a few of my lib friends that even very liberal newspapers went back and did recount after recount on their own and all found Bush won Florida legally fair and square they go totally ballistic on me and claim its a lie! So I believe we are all in for another crazy next few weeks. I hope Im wrong!PLEASE EVERYONE GO AND VOTE!

Repository of voter fraud:

The good news is in most of the cases some action has been taken.....(Notice it is much worse in state where the vote tally could be close!)

I think the margin will be too wide for fraud to have any real impact.

I agree.

"Isn't anybody else seriously concerned by what these people are trying to do and may get away with? "

Call your local Republican Victory Office. They are looking for people to monitor every voting site on election day all day long to control some of the fraud plans of the Democrats.

You can put your nervous energy to constructive use!

Julia BitterFlake Hill was brain dead when she climbed that tree but she did not fall out. PLco sold her the tree for $20,000 for her coming down. Two months later some one made a aborted attempt to fell the tree but the saw was too small and they gave up. PLco had a tree firm bolt metal supports around "LUNAtick" to save it. Hill is a dues paying member of Earth First...

My pleasure.

For edification purposes only .. :-)

It helps to bring the spotlight onto those who support these groups and how they appeal to other folks for support.
