A 6-year-old boy was killed and three others believed to be siblings -- including a 7-month-old -- were injured Tuesday night when they were struck by an SUV, reportedly being sought by Chicago Police.

Let me go through my MSM list of approved terminology ... here it is... "SUV's are evil inventions. Whenever doing a story about something bad happening that involves an SUV, always make the SUV the subject of the story, as in 'SUV runs over child', or 'SUV robs bank.'"
That explaines the headline.
