August 2, 2004 -- The Post's editorial ("Kerry's Moment," July 27) was right on the mark.John Kerry is an empty suit mouthing fatuous promises.
He will solve all our problems: terror, taxes, education, chronic dandruff just trust him.
Maybe knuckleheads in ivory towers believe this stuff.
But most of us want to hear the details.

From all the rhetoric about the importance of John Kerry's military record, are we to assume that virtually no one at the Democrat's convention voted for Bill Clinton?
After all, he ran against two incredibly brave war heroes. And we all know his military record.

I wonder how Kerry must feel about the fact that his party really isn't enamored with him, just enamored with the idea of defeating Bush. In other words, Kerry is interchangable with Mickey Mouse, PeeWee Herman, or Porky Pig - assuming they are Dems.
