Someone needs to take a really good look at Obama's donor lists...

Why?

Nicely written. The convention is quickly turning into a disaster for the Democrats, bringing up people time and time again that look and sound better than Kerry ever has. My, I can't wait for tonight(?) when Edwards gets up to show the world how great Kerry is.. Err, I mean, that's the plan, isn't it?

Maybe they should just rename the convention for 2008...

Hmm, I just did. I wonder who this guy could be?: O. B. Laden, residence: somewhere in the mountains on the Afghan-Pakistani border, self-employed.

"speculating that Obama could one day become the first African-American President."

Not in my lifetime!

Lots of money coming in fast from interesting people and places. And heck, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (the folks who still have NOT returned Jack Grubman's six-figure bribe...er, donation) just sent Obama a big check, too.

Over on AOL, there was a news story on the main screen with a headline that was something like "Teresa Wows Convention."

"Wows"? Is that the verb you use to describe someone boring thousands of people into a mass coma?

I'd say Condi is much more likely to become President some day than Obama.

As long as Hillary is still breathing, she will be the #1 topic of 2004/2008 Presidential speculation. Everyone else is irrelevant.

Tim Russert, in a subsequent interview with Katie, joined in the gushing, speculating that Obama could one day become the first African-American President.

LOL I thought that was Clinton !!

The mainstream media's days of annointing anyone are dwindling. Information flowing among life/freedom will see to that. Thanks for reporting live from the funeral of propaganda.

Claiming that Teresa "wowed" the convention is nothing short of journalistic malpractice. Like her or love her, or her speech, no one who watched the hall can claim the crowd was excited by it. As one observer mentioned, the predominant emotion seemed to be confusion.

Go to the FEC's web site: click here.

Be sure to check out the donations from committees as well as those from individuals. Individuals who give to committees are also listed.

If you have a chance to watch the interview with the Edwards wife and daughter, I'd encourage you to do so for some comic relief. The confused expression on daughter Cate's face is truly priceless.

If one of our FR computer whizzes can capture the image and post it, that would be AWESOME!!

I honestly don't see Dr. Rice in elective office. She's never expressed any interest in it and, to be perfectly frank, why would she ever want to put herself through that process? I think she'll be Secretary of State in a second Bush term, followed by a academic career and service as a senior advisor on foreign affairs for future GOP administrations. That'll give her the opportunity to influence matters and leave her print on history, without anyting more annoying than a Senate confirmation hearing. And preserve as much of her privacy as possible.

The bottom photo is flattering. Perhaps she was not at her best on this morning's show. No one would ever confuse her with her "heart throb" father.
