BLOOD SOAKED BUSH SHOWN EATING A CHILD

The folks at pleasevote.com are showing another "even-handed" treatment of the election cycle.
A drawing of President Bush sitting in a blood splattered shirt while eating a child will not only be used by the group on their own web-site but will also appear on the back cover of The Nation magazine on the July 5th issue. Richard Serra is the artist, and Serra was once praised by First Lady Laura Bush for a piece in a Texas museum.
Those who have seen it call the new Serra piece simply "demonizing" and "disgusting"...
It is my opinion that the middle ground of America won't have the stomach for attacks such as this. This is but another example of the American Left shooting itself in the foot.

Richard Serra was the moron who did a huge cast-iron "sculpture" called "Tilted Arc" in NYC as part of the socialist art subsidy program there. People in the surrounding office buildings complained that it was menacing and wrecked the plaza in which it was installed, and that they were afraid it might fall on them and crush them. (Another of his "works of art" did fall on someone and killed him.)
After a long, long fight and much shouting about artistic freedom the work was removed and destroyed, which of course makes Serra a martyr to political injustice.

This is but another example of the American Left shooting itself in the foot. More like shooting themselves in the head, with pig's blood soaked bullets.

Is this the same Serra of the infamous sculpture 'Twain' embarrassment that mars the landscape in downtown St. Louis, more often taken for a construction site than a work of art? Figures.

I think that bodes well for the Repubs, and the so called "undecided voters".
After all, how many Dims will also find this over the edge?

P.S.: An extract from the Tilted Arc website:
[After the sculpture was removed] Serra's career continues to flourish, despite the controversy. "I don't think it is the function of art to be pleasing," he comments at the time. "Art is not democratic. It is not for the people." Other works by Serra are in the permanent collection of museums around the world.

Remember the allegations that the Germens raped nuns? Saddam soldiers stoled the incubators from the Kuwaiti hospitals, and left the babies to die? These exaggerations are so sick.

"undecided voters" Since I agree with Ann Coulter that the undecideds must have the brains of toasters, I don't place much faith in their reasoning ability.
By the very nature of their lack of intelligence, it follows that they will, for the most part, fall over to the demoRats...IMO...and be nonplussed by the atrocity of these works of socialist propaganda.
