What happened? Why did we crash last night? Do we need another $$$ thread to prevent crashes?

Nah, just a simple hardware crash (actually back-to-back hardware crashes). John deinstalled and reconfigured around the failed components and has replacements on order already. Should be up and running on the new gear within a few days. He also has plans on beefing up the system and adding another new server into the mix for backup, but needs to take care of the urgent problems first. I heard him sputtering something about draining swamps and fighting alligators or something, but didn't get it all.
