Will Limbaugh now allow Toomey equal time on his show?

Now that Rush has given Specter a 15 minute nationwide forum, will he offer Toomey equal time on his program? Where were the hard-ball question from Rush?

Sooooo funny!!!

Rush let Spectre deny deny any connection to Soros, for what? 5 minutes? Then, in his last sentence, Spectre sort of threw in, well way back before Soros became so anti Bush, he did donate $1,000.00 to me.

Did you catch it?

If Toomey calls, I'm sure Rush will have him on. Rush won't call Toomey for rebuttal.

IMHO, Rush wimped out in the interview.

I bet that he will.

And I bet that, IN SPECTER'S ABSENCE, Rush will come off all hardcore.

He always is, face to face (or mouth to ear). Big disappointment; can't think of one exception.

Big talker -- but just that. A talker. And not confrontationally.

And not confrontationally.

One can be direct and probing without being confrontational ... and I suspect Rush knows that. I think either he's awed by power, or he puts on kid gloves so he can get other RINO guests in the future.

As an early listener, I wished that Rush would go toe to toe with The Nameless One. He was so terrific on him, he helped me keep my sanity during The Nameless One's reign of dissolute idiocy.

But then as I got to "know" Rush better, I actually came to hope he wouldn't. I knew he'd cave, he'd kiss up, he'd go soft. I think (being charitable) that part of it is his upbringing. To Rush, it just wouldn't be "classy."

But part is that he's all talk, no guts.

He'd better.

My thought as well.

I think President Bush has a similar attitude, except that, unlike Rush, he goes "soft" on the media and Democrats who hate him.

I was waiting for Rush to ask "if Soros wanted to give you money directly, would you take it?"

Frankly, if some Soros wants Specter, we need Toomey to win.

Rush didn't need to say ANYTHING. Why say something when Arlen was going to hang himself with his own rope.

I think I get your point, but here's my honest answer.

How many times have you done as I have -- listened to Rush raking the press and interviewers over the coals for what they SHOULD have asked? How many times have you said (as I have), "Yeah! THAT's the right question! Dang, I wish Rush had been there instead of (Katie, Peter, Matt, Chris, whoever)!"

So now, there he is. He has the chance. He could say to Specter what you or I would say to him. He could say, "Senator, how can you really expect the support of your party when you never express regret for Borking Bork, under our greatest President, ever? How can you inspire loyalty, when you've only done one decent thing — body-slammed Anita Hill — and then APOLOGIZED for it? Senator...?"

See my point? He had the chance. Evidently, he failed.

And YOU and I will NEVER have that chance.

Well, to be fair, it would have been petty of Rush to bring up decades-old stuff. "Scottish law" should have been brought up, though.

Yup. Soros has been supporting him since 1996. Both are one-worlders.
